Hi there! For a while, I have wanted to shiny hunt Uxie, and while its shiny form may not be available on this site yet, I have decided to start collecting the vouchers. Right now, I am offering a few deals in exchange for Uxie Egg Vouchers.

EDIT: It seems that Uxie will not be huntable, but I still intend to hoard them. As a result, the "traditional method" is no longer available.

1 Shiny uxie has a sprite
2 Shiny Zygarde was not available until loketoke hunted it and shiny Zygarde didn't even have a sprite before loketoke hunted it

Hmm, I think I mentioned this on a thread when someone else planed to hunt Azelf, or Mesprit.
As a former wiki staff, I'm 99.9% sure that the shiny version of the Lake Trio, Uxie, Azelf and Mesprit are not obtainable. Even as vouchers.
Random shinies cannot be hatched from vouchers. This is because, there is a really high chance for there to be Shiny Lake Trio vouchers obtainable in the future.
The same goes for any other vouchers. A shiny lugia cannot be hatched from a normal Lugia voucher - even if it's random. Because it has it's own Shiny Lugia voucher.
The same for the Retro Starters (Kanto). Shinies cannot be hatched from them are there were no shiny Pokemon in Gen 1 games.
I'm just hoping that the Shiny Lake Trio vouchers will be implemented soon (Probably a 500 GGC slot?).

Whether there is a shiny sprite of a Pokemon in the Pokedex or not, it doesn't apply here in this context. It doesn't change anything. It just shows it's shiny sprite, but doesn't mean it's somewhat obtainable. The Shiny Zygarde sprite was not added previously because it was most likely forgotten to be made by spriters. But Zygarde was a huntable Pokemon even before the Shiny Sprite got uploaded.
Like, there is no Shiny Yveltal or Shiny Xerneas sprite, but they are huntable.
Basically the trio have their Shiny Sprite shown because... it's a Pokedex? A Pokedex is meant to show information about a certain Pokemon. Whether it has a shiny sprite or not, doesn't mean it can or cannot be hunted.

In the Pokedex, Retro Zigzagoon, Retro Taillow and Retro Poochyena don't have a shiny sprite shown, but they had a slightly higher shiny hatch rate when that event was happening. With there currently being 1 Shiny Retro Taillow on site, and 2 Shiny Retro Poochyena on site. But their shiny sprite is displayed on their Pokedex.
Pokedex has nothing to do with shiny hunting ^^

But yeah:
tl;dr.
Random shinies do not hatch from normal vouchers.
