Space Spinda should definitely be able to explore the Space Rumble Area, like Deoxys.

Im Neutral,

I like the creativity of Astro Spinda being able to go to Space like Deoxys, however, that Rumble Area was kinda specially made for Deoxys, since you can find Meteors there.

edit: Hm, so you still need Deoxys to unlock the Area? well, then, Support.

I rather like the idea of letting the Spinda Event explore Space as well, mainly because the people without a Ditto are are a major disadvantage in that looooong rumble area as compared to those who have a Ditto and have bred several Deoxys.

I mean, it's not like this would hurt anything, as you still have to have a Deoxys in order to unlock the area.

The problem:
Lots of people have a Space Spinda. Few people have a Deoxys. Space Area needs to keep "rare".

My suggestion to solve this problem:
Option 1: Only shiny Space Spinda can explore the Space Area.
Option 2: Only Space Spinda holding a to-be-created item can explore the Space Area. (The item needs to be atronaut related).

It seems reasonable to keep Deoxys special, but Space Spinda being able to go into Space also makes sense. One idea is to make Space Spinda's chances of finding rare, Space-only items lower.

Personally, I like the idea of Space Spinda going out into space. It would make sense, seeing as how they're astronauts and probably dream of reaching the stars every night.
I also don't really think an additional restriction is needed, seeing as how you'd still need a Deoxys to unlock the area itself, and they'd still be "out to space" for a whole week, but I have some ideas if it would make this suggestion more plausible.

1. Meteorites are a Deoxys-exclusive find. I don't know how plausible this is, coding-wise, but as only Deoxys would need it, it would make sense that Space Spinda would just pass it by, in their search for interesting items (they'd be searching exclusively for Star Pieces and Stardust, so it might not be worth it >.>).

2. They can only be sent out, if a Deoxys is also being sent out (meaning you'll need two available slots). It's a given you have a Deoxys, because you'd need it to unlock the area, but as Space Spinda doesn't have any experience in going to outer space, maybe it can only go when it's being paired with a Deoxys, the pokémon that literally came from outer space. It would also be 1 Deoxys per Space Spinda. They all deserve the same individual help, so you can only send out one Space Spinda, if you only sent out one Deoxys.
(I think a delay of 24 hours would be allowed; so if you first send out a Deoxys, and about 12 hours later decide to also send out Space Spinda, that would be fine; this is to give you the time to get a free slot, if you accidentally send out all pokémon on 12-hours mission. Trying to send it out more than 24 hours after the Deoxys, or trying to send it out before sending out the Deoxys won't work)

3. Your Space Spinda needs to be a certain level "to prove they're ready". Nobody is ready for outer space the minute they start walking; they actually have to work towards it. Levels aren't all that hard to get, so maybe they'd need to be somewhere above 50 (or 70), before they've proven they're capable of exploring space.

That's my 2 (3) cents, when it comes to this suggestion. I'm not sure how feasible all of this is, but I figured I should brainstorm along, as I really like this suggestion. I hope it's clear ^^'
