adriane stayed behind the tree, hugging her leg's and burying her face into her knee's.
i'm just in the way... i'll just sit here and stay out of they're way... she thought.
''mom...? what are you doing out here..?'' scarlet asked, which caused adriane's head to shoot up and look at her.
she still had her packed up stuff with her and her raichu plushie in one arm.
''oh, scarlet where were you...? you, matthew, and chris all bolted and i didn't know where you went..'' adriane muttered, sitting up on her knee's before hugging her daughter.
matthew stepped into view and rested his hand on his sister's shoulder, smiling a little.
''we were waiting for you, but you never did follow... but at least we found you'' he said.
adriane pulled matthew into the hug and smiled happily.

scarlet hid behind adriane and pinned her ear's back a little.
adriane laughed and reached around to ruffle her hair.
''scarlet can be a little shy... but she's sweet when she get's to know you better'' she said.
matthew snickered a little and poked scarlet's ear.
scarlet swatted at matthew's hand and hissed quietly.
chris hung upside down from a tree by webbing turned into string, his bright green hair with yellow streak's was spiked up.
''no fair matthew! bug type's are stronger against grass type's!!'' he shouted.
matthew looked over and started laughing.

adriane looked down at ruby and smiled.
''that's great ruby'' she said.
scarlet and matthew both looked at ruby with confused expression's.
