(I don't believe it does.
Also, darn it! I had done ~43% of its HP by then, but I do way less now that it's a Milotic, so I won't get back to that much progress for a while. XD)

The time limit was almost halfway done, and as Ferris was the only one who had landed any attacks successfully, he was winning. If they could just keep this up...
