Demon Shade heard his name echoing around, warping it in the space around him. The friendly calls of his new companions sounding like a creature calling out for its food.

"Shaaaaaaade~" it growled, trying to find him. Light started refracting around from the fog, the creature must be getting closer.

"Demon Shade, please give us some sort of signal! We want to help you!"

That voice, it was a little warped, but it was familiar. Wasn't that Carpet? The scared Pumpkaboo opened his mouth to reply, but shut it and splashed back a little as the monster's eyes got closer and closer. All that he managed to say was a meek "eep..."

As the huge eyes fell on him, he turned his back and tried to run away, only to realize that he was now so deep in the water that his pumpkin was getting to heavy for him to move much at all.

"Carpet! SAVE ME!!!!" he hollered loudly, wanting to be saved from what was coming on top of him any moment now.

"DEMON SHADE IS IN TROUBLE!!" Carpet yelped. "We must hurry! He sounds like he's that way!" He gestured towards completely the wrong direction and began to hurry over there.

"Carpet, no, stop! You're going the wrong way!" Tina chased after him and tackled him again before he could get any further. "I am most definitely sure I heard him calling from this way," she said, pointing in the opposite direction. "Let's call out to make sure. Shaaaade! Is that you?"

"Eep!" Carpet yelped, being rammed by Tina for the second time that day. "O-oh. Um, Demon Shade? Which direction are you in in relation to- oh, never mind. I have no idea how you could possibly answer that in a way that makes sense. Just... Please call out again!"

Rylie, who hadn't been paying attention to the whole scene, had walked over the waterfall. She stuck her little head in the in the waterfall and giggled. She walked through the water and looked around. She noticed a pumkaboo in the pool of water. She called out, " hey! Are you ok? Do need some help?"

Muffin stood somewhat still, her eyes closed. She listened carefully to her surroundings, attempting to pinpoint the direction of Demon Shade. She believed she figured it out, then opened her eyes and began to float again.

Luna was alerted to a Pumpkaboo's call from the waterfall entrance, "Yoooooo!" She called out, laughing at her own echo, bouncing over to the stranger Pumpkaboo. "Hey, I haven't seen you before friend, you live around here? Sorry if we intruded in on your house." Luna looked around the ceiling of the cave and at the splashing water, "Very, eh, homey." She looked to the rest of her team before turning back to the stranger, "So, you have a name friend?"

Demon Shade flailed about, focusing more on the risk of drowning than the calls to him. The pumpkin was almost full of water, again, and this time it was weighing him down as he was already wet and cold. Now the cold was affecting him as well as the added weight risking dragging him under.

Sure, he could just leave his pumpkin behind and float out of the water, but that would mean giving up his important possessions. He would rather die than lose them for good.

"I... I might actually die here!" he called out, panting some as he was beginning to wear himself out in his struggles to keep from being pulled under the surface.

"CARPET!!!" he hollered again, hoping that someone would be there to help him before it was too late as the water was now about halfway up his wings.

Muffin was sure she heard Demon Shade's voice this time, hearing exactly where the Pumpkaboo was. "Guys, this way!" she called, floating towards Demon Shade's voice.

"This time I think I actually heard right, and Muffin is right!!" CarpetMonster said. He hurried in that direction. "We are coming, Demon Shaaaade!!"

Rylie looked at the strange pumkaboo,"Ummm... Ya I'm Rylie. Who are you? I was helping Carpet and Muffin find Demon Shade. Have you seen him?" Rylie looked around, " actually... Have you seen them? Oh dear... I seem to have wondered off." She paused, suddenly she heard the cry of a frightened pumkaboo.
"CARPET!!" It cried, Rylie looked at the pumkaboo in front of her. " did you hear that?" She asked.

"Oh, well I'm Luna and don't worry about them they'll be fine. We on the other hand should venture further into the cave when everyone comes back." Luna moved a bit closer into the cave, her voice mixed with the others making a rather loud atmosphere. As if having enough of the noise, a wild Krabby popped out the water with pincers snapping wildly at the air. "Whoops!" Luna called out, talking a few paces back as the Krabby snapped in her direction, "Sorry friend I didn't mean,"

"I am not you friend!" The wild Krabby cried, releasing Bubble Beam at the Pumpkaboo.

"Oh, gross..." Luna sighed, the bubbles bursting on her fur, having ruined her chances of getting through the rest of the cave dry. "Well, I suppose this will do. Hey, Rylie!" Luna called out, "If you beat this Krabby I'll consider letting you join my guild. Sound good?" I really don't want to get wet. Luna shuttered.

((Please note demon shade has been permanently removed from Team Pumpkaboo so as for her character you will have to kind of ignore it and head back to the cave. I'm writing this for Demon Shade's benefit so she doesn't have to break the rule posting in an exclusive Team Pumpkaboo RP)).

" ok, " Rylie said, all though she had been considering joining carpetmonster's guild, she thought it wouldn't hurt. She probably already screwed up her chances of that by wondering off.
She stepped up to the krabby and used shadow kiss.
Luckily for her it confused the krabby as well as injuring it.
Krabby tried to use bubble beam, but hurt itself in it's confusion.
" ok, one more hit.." Rylie used shadow kiss, again!
Krabby didn't faint, but when it tried to use headbutt, it ran into the wall of the cave and it fainted.

((Haha say it was bird xD I don't know, anyway just be like "oh random noise it was nothing." And start heading back to the cave))

"Haha lovely!" Luna cheered, quickly clearing her throat, "Well, poor thing I mean we did invade his home... Oh well, welcome to the guild. However, I cannot accept you as my member but I am sure CarpetMonster has room." Luna shrugged with a weak laugh, having used the excuse to join her guild as some sort of incentive to assure the newcomer would handle the wet beast promptly.

"Well, guess we should move a bit deeper in the cave." Luna shrugged, "I mean, I don't want to leave the other behind..." She plopped a seat on a rock, humming to herself, contemplating her choices.

Rylie smiled, " yay! Being in a guild should be fun!!" She paused, " wait.. What about demon shade? We probably should go look for him..." She plopped down next to Luna and mimicked her thoughtful expression.

"Guess we wait for everyone else to show up." Luna laughed, kicking her stubby feet a bit, the drip of water creating a calming beat, "So, do you like the water much?" She asked, trying to make small talk while she waited for other members to show up.
