I have earned a dark blue mystery box from Rumble, so i keep waiting some minutes e then i go to the item bag to open the box with one of my two keys. After that i clicked to open the box, the thing absolutely disappeared. After that appears a message "You don't have the item". But if i used the box, that you can think that i clicked two times to open it, the key will be used, right? I keep the two key in my bag and the box have disappeared.

What can i do in this question?

OBS: I don't got any items and PD earned after i clicked to open the box.

Actually, this happens whenever you accidentally double-click and it's trying to open the same box twice. Despite what you might thing, you did get something from opening the box the first time.
