If you own a Shiny Retro Delibird:
Shiny Retro Delibird doesn't appear on User's Pokédex Shinys Collected
Shiny Retro Delibird doesn't appear on User's Pokédex Shinys Missing

It shows up for me under 'missing', though, so it's only a bug for 'collected'.
It probably doesn't show up for you under 'missing' either, because you actually have it.
