"I can't wait to get to Master Hidy's hide out that she had calm
for any mission" Huckle said as trekked through the snow. Once he
got there seeing it was a regular house, that had been clear from
snow all around it. He put his things down in a room. And went to
check out the village. There were some many people at intil it
started to get dark. It seem that our friends are scared of the
dark he thought. "Young man, don't be out here by yourself,
you'll be snagged by the ghost wolf" said an old lady, she was
leading him back towards the house. "Be careful young man, the
ghost wolf doesn't like new comers" the old lady warned as she walk
fast to her home.
"Alright then since those two seem distracted how about we go
practice Aurora?" Erebus really just wanted to spar with Aurora and
show off his new abilities. Heading to a nearby practice room,
Erebus opened the door then turned to look at Aurora, "by the way
Aurora, I'm betting you have some new skills don't you?"
"Well I'm gonna go to my apartment, see ya too later" Sooki said as
Yuki got up and followed her. See nodded a goodby to Kuro. They
walk down the Main Street of the town.
As the other two walked away, uninterested in their training,
Aurora followed Erebus to their training room, excited to fight
against him. She wanted to see just how much her own personal
training has don for her. As Erebus questioned her, she lightly
chuckled, "Haha yes, I do. I bet you have some new tricks up your
sleeve as well!"
Kuro, as Yuki left, followed behind the two, interested in seeing
Aurora fight.
Huckle couldn't understand why, the old lady did that. "I'm from
BlackDiamond Guild, You hear me, I'm not afraid of anything" he
yelled out loud. He heard a growling sound from in the trees.
Huckle froze as he heard snow crunching in front of him. He used
his Flame magic to make a flamethrower to scare the animal away,
hiring somethings he stopped as he heard whimpers.
Hearing Aurora's answer and question he couldn't help but chuckle
himself, "of course i do, but i will have to ask that you keep what
you see to yourself, please and you too Kuro."
On the way home, Sooki and Yuki stopped at their favorite place and
picked some flowers for their home to make it more lovelyer. Sooki
was thinking of cooking recipes to make for her and Yuki, they need
to stop by the butchers to get some meat.
"Only if you do the same~" She happily replied, stepping into the
practice room. It was a large room full of anything and everything
one would need to train not only their magic abilities but also
their physical abilities.
Kuro, barking quietly to himself, was a smart alec as he said, "Who
could I tell? If you haven't noticed, I'm a wolf..."
Coming back up. Master Virginia wanted to see Aurora and Erebus's
fight, she wanted to see how much they grew since they last
practice fight they had. Master Virginia sat at the top and watched
from below her.
Trickster sat silently in his cell, he coudn't believe that he had
gotten a second chance of regaining Master Virginia's trust, he
started to think how, she didn't really say anything about what he
needs to do.
Collin relaxed himself in his personal training area, he started to
focus on endurance since they were going to Bearing Mountains, he
had been there multiple times with Master Virginia, and he bet that
Master Virginia will tell them everything that she had done to him.
Collin remember how, she had made him train with the Master of Ice
Magic, and all of the things he had taught him.
Huckle came to the snow town the later that night, "Listen up
everyone, I chased away the "Ghost wolf" out of here and now I'm
going to find your missing villager" Huckle yelled through the
village. He turned his back and headed up to the mountain.
Taking a swig of his water, Collin started to focus on his magic,
and a new skill that he had picked up on, after his last three
missions that he has been on. Trying different techniques on a
practice dummy, he found the most effective attack.
"Of course i won't." Stepping into the training room, Erebus went
to the opposite side of the room from Aurora. "So how should we do
this, time limit or until one gives up?"
"This is a good one, pretend to be on a cliff, also be careful
Bearing Mountains are full of dangerous cliffs and valleys, you
guys are fighting against a group of people, unknown of course,
while battling realize that with all of the weight being put on it,
it starts to break, you have 20 or less mins to get off the cliff
before it breaks" Master Virginia said at the top. With Erebus
and Aurora's quick thinking they could easy out smart their oppenet
and get off the cliff in a few mins, Collins is expert at it, his
old master taught him how to fight under pressure like this kind of
task she thought, she was a bit curious of who would come on
top. They were both A-Class.
Before Aurora could reply, the voice of a young broke through.
Master Virginia had offered them a scenario to play off of; they
would pretend to be on a cliff fighting a group of people, when
within the time span of 20 minutes, the cliff starts to break.
Hmm well there is team work I could be working with, or just
testing ourselves. If this was a real situation, I would have Kuro
help me. Can I do that here? Deciding that if her move was
illegal she would deal with it later, Aurora signaled with her head
and eyes for Kuro to fly to her, he understood right away what was
going on.
Kuro, who had been sitting on the sidelines to watch them fight,
let his wings loose and flapped them, lifting off the ground. Then
he swooped down a bit as Aurora used her lightning magic to shoot
her off the ground, where Kuro was flying in wait. Once she was
safely on his back he flew up high, while Aurora pointed her sword
where she once was and let loose three large thunder bolts.
Flying in the sky while still attacking, the power of lightning
and long range attacks! Plus a flying wolf as a partner.
Once Sooki and Yuki got home, Sooki put all of the grocery on her
counter, "Okay, Yuki what do you want for dinner?" she asked her
friend. Her friend had agreed on a freshly grilled ribs. Sooki
pulled the old grill from her attic and gently brought it down
Collin walked back silently to his room, he had found it soothing
to practice own his own, then of practicing with other people. He
went straight for his kitchen as if he was a hungry wolf stalking
his prey, he set his alarm clock early so that he could get ready
in time.
Hearing master Virginia's suggestion Erebus grinned widely, this
sort of thing is perfect to test and show my newest technique.
Using some of the practice punching bags set up as people, Erebus
displayed his shadowstep skill, which allowed him to move between
multiple shadows at a speed almost comparably to lightning. While
moving from bag to bag he touched each one setting a shadowed
insignia on them, when he was on the other side of them all,
presumably the safe side of the cliff, he snapped his fingers, when
he did so the insignia's burst forth with shadow tendrils binding
each bag. With this the test run of these two techniques are
completely successful, and i still have two more i can keep secret
for now.
Master Virginia watch as they start, she could feel the excitement
of the two, maybe this might be a tie, but lets hope this would
not happen during the mission, and she cant help but worry.
They started off strong.
Huckle hiked up the steep hill intil it sloped back down, he jumped
down from the top and slid avoiding trees he made it safely down.
And continued on
Sooki settled Yuki into her bed, they ate and had their share,
Sooki turned all of the light before going to bed. She light a
candle and pulled out a book and started to read it, before
drifting to sleep. Still feeling awake she struggled to get out of
bed.
Collin sat on his bed thinking of some few ways that could help
him, Bearing Mountains are known for their dangerous paths,
valleys, cliffs, and creatures. Let's not hope we have to run into
any kind of danger, Master Virginia is clever what would she want
me to practice. he thought. Getting into bed he began to fall
into a deep sleep.
