Aurora watched with interest from her perch on Kuro. So, he used some of his new techniques. I guess I should use some of my own. Though, are we finished with pretending or...? Because I want to fight him, to show he is not the only one who has gotten stronger!

She jumped down from Kuro, rolling as she hit the ground to make sure she didn't break any bones, and stood up, facing Erebus again.

"Want to fight for real now?" She asked with a smirk. If he said yes, she would wait for him to attack before she made her move.

Master Virginia, waved her finger about, If you talk a lot your oppenet might get the upper hand, and do an attack She thought, she slipped a board under both Erebus and Aurora, seeing if they would dodge it. Being sneaking she messed up Kuro's flying a bit and messed with Erebus's attack.

Looking over to Aurora he smiled, "do you you really have to ask that?" Erebus got into a fighting stance, drawing his swords, "are we using our own weapons or not?"
he asked waiting to get a response.

We are still pretending about this dang mountan?! I just want to fight! Aurora thought, a bit annoyed with not being able to just practice, though she knew the master had her secret intentions for all that she does. Like when she tried to slip a board under them, but Aurora froze the board in place with her ice magic, not being fazed in the least. That was when Kuro barked to her that he was unable to use his flight abilities, as he had found out when his wings felt heavy and he had to land, but he could still use his fire magic.

"Guess not." She replied, running towards him and freezing the ground in front of her to make her start skating -an easy task for an ice mage when they make ice skates out of ice. Her own sword was drawn and ready to face whatever he, or Master Virginia, threw at her.

This training is so impractical, first off where is the point that is considered off the cliff in this training room? Could it be the whole training room is the cliff? Thinking to himself, he put away his blades, he wondered if this was one of master Virginia's trick plots that actually had a special way to achieve victory. Amazing as ever Aurora. watching Aurora basically make an ice rink and start skating, Erebus couldn't help but admire her even more than he already did. "nice one Aurora, now let me return the favor." Using a bit more strength than usual he caused the shadow under him to spread out covering half of the training room floor, then launched several weak shadow balls from various spots of the shadow covered area at Aurora.

Smirking, Aurora continued skating towards the shadow boy as he hurled small shadow balls at her from several directions. Before they could reach her, she created a swirling shield of lightning that made the shadow balls combust upon impact with the lightning. "Is that all you have?"

She decided to go onto the offensive as she used her almost fully frozen covered floor to her advantage, crafting the ice into several large, but weak in strength, ice shards that, like his own shadow balls, were aimed at him from all directions.

Huckle had found it difficult to climb the mountains at night, so he had made a small area to sleep. He slid into a tiny snow igloo for the knight, he rusted peaceful in the warm sleeping bag. In the morning he would make food and something warm to drink and continue on.

Seeing how well the two dodge her attack. Master Virginia gaved both of them approving nods, "Onces the 20 min is done, I want you two out of my Training room and back at your apartments, and get some good sleep, before your missions" she called from above the training process, she left and hike up the flight of stairs into her room.

"Haha, i knew you would do something like that." Erebus slammed his hand on the ground as dozens of shadow stalagmites rose from the ground shattering the icicles coming at him. "Hey Aurora, you know how my element is shadow/darkness right, have you ever wondered what my darkness trait was? I can finally show you now that i awoke it."

"Oh? Am I becoming predictable? I better change that then!" She knew he would be able to easily shatter the ice, she made it fairly weak and easy to spot, as to not hurt him. His darkness trait? Now that sounds interesting to see! "Well then Shadow boy, show me." She stopped her skaing, not wanting to end up too close to him, though with enough distance that she would be able to skate away fast enough, or create another makeshift item out of ice to aid her while attacking with lightning.

"Don't regret it." Erebus said laughing, then he called on his darkness trait of black flames to fuse with his shadows, he then created two darkness shadow flame dragons. "At my current level of control this is the best i can do with combining the two traits, still i hope this has impressed you at least a little. Go Vitrali" as he called out the attack the two dragons rushed forward, attacking on either side of Aurora in a straight line so as to not hit her directly, but the intense heat melted her ice wherever they passed. This is the strongest combined skill i have currently, I'm glad my two elements mix perfectly and now i can deal with ice, but it's a shame i still have no way to fully counter her lightning ability. I guess as a shadow/darkness user light will always be a sort of weakness for me.

Aurora watched, a bit in awe at his trait, while Erebus created his two darkness shadow flame dragons and sent them straight forward, melting her ice wherever they flew over or near. He can counter my ice, I was not expecting that. But he's not the only one who has a few tricks up his sleeve. Feeling the heat from the dragons as they passed her, and her ice skates melting away, she smirked at Erebus.

"You do realize that you have just made this training field hazardous to your health, right?" She started walking towards him, motioning at the ground around them as she enveloped her fists in electricity. "If we were real opponents, you would need to think fast about this." It was, in her eyes, an almost checkmate sort of position they were in. Though she could have been completely wrong and he could pull a move out of a hat to deflect the situation.

He had used his dragons perfectly, the fusion of the two a great combination, but melting the ice and covering the ground in water gave her an opening, though she wouldn't use it she wanted him to be well aware of what could happen in a real battle. She was curious what he would do.

Erebus looked at Aurora with a smile, "normally you'd be right nut in this case, you are not, since that small amount of water isn't even touching me because of the shadow field i made." He said reminding her of the very first move he made. "Remember how i can travel through shadows? Well i have increased that ability, i can now carry up to two people with me aswell, to be more precise, as long as whatever i bring in doesn't exceed my maximum limit, i can place anything inside the shadow for a period of time. If not for that and having set up this field earlier, i wouldn't dare show this move that could put me at too much of a disadvantage." This girl is amazing as ever, even though i still have a couple skills, I'm not willing to reveal them, and she still has yet to show any of hers. I would have to say we are about even in strength or maybe she is slightly stronger.

Aurora felt embarassed at how she had messed up, but she made sure to keep a straightface, as if she had planned that all along. "Haha that is true, I was just making sure you were paying attention." That was a fail at trying to save this. She paused, mentally facepalming at her lame excuse. "You aren't the only onw who can create things, though I must say, I cannot pass through my elements, as of yet that is."

She controled her electricity and, while adding more lightning, crafted two abnormally large hawks, the sound of sizzling could be heard. She knew hawks had nothing on dragons, but she couldn't copy Erebus in his moves, especially since she had never thought to create a lightning dragon, just lightning-everything-else. Besides, she could just create a tornado of thunder if she really felt like trapping someone, but she didn't quite feel like doing that to Erebus.

"Ah! It's already one in the morning, we leave in a couple of hours. We should stop for tonight, Erebus. Is that okay?" She let her hawks fly away until they sizzled out and became nothing, just particles in the air again, as she walked towards him, willing to walk out of the training room with him if he wanted. Kuro started trotting their way, his wings back to normal and ready for flight if he wanted.

"Eh? One in the morning, oh man we were definitely here for more than 20 minutes, if master Virginia finds out i dare not even think of what kind of punishment awaits us." Erebus said with a hint of fear while shuddering slightly. "Yeah we better go and quickly, so as less chance to be caught, want to move about through my shadow?" he asked Aurora.

She shuttered at the gruesome thought, not wanting to run into Master Virginia. She was thankful at this moment that Erebus was a shadow mage, it really did come in handy. "Yes please! I don't want to die today." She half joked about master Virginia and her punishments.

"That's really not a funny joke Aurora," Erebus said half smiling. "Anyway lets get going, all aboard shadow express" he said snickering to himself. Erebus stepped between Aurora and Kuro then in a flash pulled them both into his shadow and moved quickly, navigating the halls of the guild quietly, in a matter of seconds he came back out pulling Aurora and Kuro with him as they stood in front of Aurora's room door. "Well here you are my lady, safe and sound." Erebus said in his best butler impression while bowing formally.

"I thought I was hilarious." She joked back, grinning. It felt weird, almost surreal, while they passed through the guild in the shadows, completely hidden from everyone. She enjoyed it, it was new and intriguing, and, she wouldn't admit aloud to Erebus, fun. They were in front of her room's door within seconds, the trip over in a flash.

"Why thank you, kind sir." She joined him with an impression, doing a mini bow of her own. "See you in a couple of hours, try to get some sleep, Shadow boy." With that, she gave him a joking wink -and stuck her tongue out at him- and entered her room and got ready for the mission the next day. Kuro, having nothing he needed for the trip, instantly fell asleep, the events of the day finally catching up to him.

((Now we can start the mission and add everyone in the discussion again lol XD))

Collin walked up to them "Howd'y there. You guys are late" He said with a big smile. "Hello Kuro" He said as he slowly walked up to Kuro and slowly reached out his hand.



Master Virginia walked to her office. "Hmm" she said as she read the mission that she had sen them on, "I wonder how they'll do" she mumbled.
