She instantly vanish standing right behind him she used her hands
to put him in a head lock, "Sont get to cocky, it might get you and
your commands some trouble, even worse" she said, kneeing him to
the ground, she won't let go.
Got you Collin broke an icicle that he had be forming, into
medium shards of ice falling down, after the last ice shard had
fallen, he followed them after.
"Your absolutely right about being cocky master Virginia, but it
can be perfect for drawing in the enemy aswell." Saying this Erebus
called up shadow hands to hold master Virginia, while
simultaneously pulling up a shadow wall to shield himself from some
of the incoming icicles.
A bright light came out from her, making everything very blinding
white, she easy let herself out and shield her eyes from the light,
making it look like she didn't do it, it also deflected the ice
shards.
While falling forward a bright blinded Collin, he couldn't tell
where he was, but trusting his instinct he landed safely.
Being protected by the shadow wall Erebus was not as affected by
the blinding light, but it was still incredibly bright. Upon being
released he merged into the shadow on the ground and moved to blend
into a nearby moving shadow not sure whose shadow it was, hoping it
was Master Virginia's. thanks to my shadow wall i was able to
see just slightly apart of Master's magic, this could be a great
advantage if she doesn't know i know about it.
"Maybe I was wrong, Erebus you do have the strength, Collin you the
energy to fight, here" Mastr Virginia said handing Collin the
paper.
Collin took the paper and walked over to Erebus, and both of them
studied the paper, "It's a mission, and the wanted picture is
Trickester" he remember the first he had sparred with him, when he
was still part of BlueWing, I thought he died a couple of days ago,
when you got that letter"
Looking over the paper Erebus kept making a strange face as though
trying to recall something. "hmmm this guy somehow looks familiar,
i can't think why... maybe it's my imagination."
"He used to be in the guild when you were little, you only met him
once" answered Collin, he scanned the page, "I thought that he was
dead, but A Great Hero Rises Again, Only To Kill. This
doesn't make sense of anything" Collin looked Master Virginia
His nickname was the Trickester he made the connection.
Erebus looked a Collin with a somewhat shocked look on his face,
"Collin could it be you forgot that i only joined the guild a year
ago?" Erebus had a sudden thought "Or could it be that i just don't
remember about before?"
"Huh? You don't remember Dean? The tall guy, very nice, and funny?"
Asked Collin, he stared at Erebus, " Yes, I remember that you
joined in last February, that was the day you meet him, before he
left to a S-Class mission."
"And he's back, it was Shadow Force who tricked him, and usually he
is the Trickester, the problem is he's investigating people who
allied their selves with Shadow Force" said Master Virginia, she
couldn't believe he was back, but investigating people without
permissions calls for help, she knew he wouldn't do that kind of
thing.
"No, I want you to bring him to me"Said Master Virginia, as she
headed out the door, "Your mission starts now, and be careful
bringing him home, others might wan to capture him" Master Virginia
warned.
"This might be fun, plus I might know where he is, let's check in
the next town over, Erebus"
Said Collin as he headed to the other exit. He wanted to show
Trickester he had improved over the last fews days, he had last saw
him.
This is going to be difficult Erebus thought to himself.
Following Collin he asked "hey is this trickster highly dangerous,
like will he attack us on sight or do you think we might have a
chance to talk to him?"
"I don't know, he is a reasoner, if we tell him what Master
Virginia told us, he might come, but otherwise he is dangerous"
said Collin, "We might be able to catch the next train!" He
realized that Master Virginia stalled them, " We're gonna miss the
train" He ran as fast as he could.
"Ehhh! Darn it master Virginia that's foul play." Erebus yelled
teasingly towards master Virginia. "Collin this may be
uncomfortable but bear with it." He said as he grabbed Collin and
dropped into the shadows, moving quickly to the train station.
"HUH!" He felt uneasy, he could feel how fast they were going, he
could hear the train. "Don't ever do that again" he growled, as he
took couple of deep breaths. "What was that anyway, let's make a
plan if it goes side ways" he said
"Right don't worry i won't do that again unless it's necessary"
Erebus said trying to hold in laughter. "That was just a movement
ability i came up with a few months ago, I can step into a shadow
and move freely, though i can't attack like that I'm also safe from
being attacked. I can can bring people with me aswell though it's
really tiring, right now my limit is 3 people for up to a mile and
a half." He exclaimed happily, "ok let's get our tickets first we
can discuss a plan on the train."
"Hey Collin look, guess we don't have to buy those train tickets
after all." Looking at the former member of the guild Erebus
couldn't help but feel something was off about this man. "So you
saved us some travel expenses, since your here were you heading to
the guild on your own?" He asked seemingly calm. This guy is
giving off such pressure, it's almost like staring at a hungry
tiger.
"Idiot, Erebus the joker, huh?" Trickester said, he laughed out
loud, "You guys have enough power to help master Hidy, hmm how
about it you guys can come with me" he said, he slowly lowered his
head.
"Not a chance, where's your loyalty to BlueWing?!" Collin asked
angry. Why Master Hidy she dangerous! he thought
"You said Master Hidy just now didn't you?" Erebus asked, hanging
his head so as to hide his face. "That can't be right, cause if
that's what you said that makes you an enemy to Master Virginia.
Dean under order's of master Virginia I'm bringing you back to
Bluewing even if it's by force." Erebus said, in a voice so cold it
could have chilled the air, drawing his blades, he prepared to move
in on the Trickster.
