now that Hoopa has been know to (officially) be a pokemon some sort of event surrounding it and the mysterious rings it causes to appear. plus some way to earn a prison bottle to get its unleashed form

And what exactly will the event be like? Before making a suggestion, make sure you read the Suggestions Guide first. More people will support your suggestion if the idea is well thought and written. For example, you can't go to an ice cream shop and say to the owner 'Make a new ice cream flavor!', you need to give them a suggestions on why they need new flavor and what are they going to be.
