I read the other post about a bank loan, and I'm not suggesting a loan.

I'm just suggesting that we have some sort of bank that possibly gives interest per day. Like 1% or something.
A bank just to store money for saving would be great.

Suggested here expect without the interest.
It also has been rejected many times before, but the above thread's has made it points.
