The second one I'm iffy on, so that's why it's here.
Both deal with the same thing (and could work well together); the Berry Garden, and cleaning it up so that it's in general, more user friendly. Hundreds of berries are made at a single harvest, hundreds of seeds made when having all of the grinders, and no one buys enough of another person's stock to make a dent in it. Right now, we have a whole horde of almost completely useless berries and seeds, unless we have the right amount of something to give away for Board requests, which still barely puts a dent in our stocks. It's incredibly unbalanced and unnecessary work for newer players and it's rewards are to few and far in between for everyone.

How to obtain Pokeblock Kit: Mall
Basically, the way I'm thinking this would work is a new cooking recipe, Berry Jelly/Paste of each of the flavors of berries. This is made with 100 of a type of berry matching the flavor. It takes 5 Berry Jellies/Pastes of any flavor to make 1 generic Pokeblock, which all pokemon can eat (For simplicity's sake). These Pokeblocks cannot be sold at Emera Mall and because they're in the main item bag, can't be sold at the booth either. This way lots of berries get used up, and we get something for time and effort.

How to Obtain the Berry Satchel: Mall (As a disposable, 1-use item)
This satchel can hold up to 100 Berries, and once filled in the garden can be sold as a Filled Sachel for a handful of PD (Probably around 500 or so, wherever it balances). After you sell a Satchel, you must buy another one, similar to using an Essence at the cauldron. I'd say they should go for around 1000, but again, wherever it turns out to balance best. These Satchels can also be sold to other players at the Berry Market to convert into a Berry Jelly/Paste by opening it and getting what was put inside. After this process the Satchel will also be lost. The Satchel can be traded in this way via pokemon on the GtS, and make berry trading a significantly easier process.
Part 2: Berry Dumpster

Berry Dumpster is within the Garden, and Accessible from level 5.
This is fairly simple. Users can choose to simply throw away berries or seeds that they don't need anymore. If a limit would be needed, then set it at 1000 berries or so and lock people out of using it until a site-wide "Trash Day" occurs (Possibly Wednesdays or Saturdays).
This suggestion set is to try and help users neaten things up a bit. As is, to myself and several other users, it's hard to keep track of everything needed and keep things at a tolerable level for people with incredible OCD issues. the type of berry block could be whichever the most common flavor of berry is added, if most berries have sweet flavor then the pokeblock would be a pink pokeblock etc.
this would give people a new way to get rid of berries they dont need and a fun experience for everyone, you could add private lobbies for friends and public lobbies for the socially challenged.
as for the other ideas, the dumpster and berry kit i support these fully and completely!!!!!

The berry satchel reminds me of swalot's grab bags from PMD explorers of sky -- you can buy them, and you dont know what you'll get
