Would you feel comfortable giving everything you've offered (except for the Bug Gems)? (And probably about 10% less PD, what with the taxes)
I've calculated the Pass Code at about 120 Gems, and while I'm sure your offer doesn't reach that, you've done a lot already (what with all the things you've bought with Ice Gems in my shop already), I don't mind accepting less for you ;)

Anyway. One more thing I could offer is a Marine Cave (Map) - I see that you have the other two maps for sale. Or we could simply do as you suggested: All those gems minus the bug ones and *calculates* 336k PD. Please let me know what you prefer. It could take years until that Ho-oh finally chooses me, so I appreciate the opportunity :)

I think Bug Gems have become too common to sell for the 'rare' price everyone keeps asking for it... From personal experience, they're more common in the Tunnel than others and, when found in boxes, have a larger quantity. (So, it's not that nobody needs them, it's that everybody already has them)
I prefer the Gems + PD. The maps have been waiting for a while, and I'm not quite sure when exactly someone will buy it (instead of asking for a price and then disappearing)

That makes a lot of sense; bug gems seem to be the most common for me as well. Or perhaps there's just less use for them.
