Sorry, I missed that.
Ice Gems = 1:1
Water Gems = 2:1
Psychic Gems = 1.8:1

600 Water Gems = 300 Ice Gems
80 Psychic Gems = 44 Ice Gems

So that'd be 344 Nuggets for those Gems.
