Scarlett seems to be isolating herself from the group a bit, not just because she is annoyed.

Leli spotted a larger, more isolated island. She could see palm trees all over the edge of it. There was a little bit of sand, but not much. Probably enough to land. Leli was excited. She landed on a patch of the sand within seconds and bounded into the forest excitedly.

There's nothing more beautiful than the rain.
