I am sorry If some one else suggested this before but I think that maybe there could be a poke dollar to nuggets exchange because some people do not have enough money to buy nuggets and some people have a lot of nuggets but the need some poke dollar. Of corse nuggets are worth a lot of poke dollar so it would be hard to get nuggets. But if there are some people who want to be a premium member then they might like this option.

Nuggets are bought with real money to help with server costs and support the site in general. Implementing an on-site 'converter' where you can convert your PD into nuggets whenever you please would only damage the site in my opinion ^^'
There already are possibilities on-site to get nuggets (in small quantities) without needing real money; any more would be spoiling, in my opinion.

As for players wanting to sell nuggets for PD (and users being able to buy nuggets from other users for PD), that already happens from time to time. It's all just very user-dependent, so you can't expect someone to always be selling nuggets for PD.
