Azariah slunk around Loki and through the door to the mess hall. Ah, Loki... "Hm, I'm just getting some coffee myself. I'd take you up on that brandy offer but unfortunately I'm far too underage for that," they said as they waved to Selinia. The Zoroark teen held respect for the captain, and had never attempted to impersonate her. Well, except for one time in private, just to see what it was like, to be her. It was only for a minute or so.

Azariah filled a cup of coffee, and started dropping in additives at what seemed like random, which is honestly what it was. Sometimes they didn't add anything at all. They stirred the drink with a spoon to blend the sugar, cream, and everything else that was added in, and took a sip.

"Mm, today's coffee tastes nice," they said with a small smile. "Nothing like a bit of caffeine to pick you up in the morning."

"Cheers to that." Selinia said as she filled her mug with the rich liquid. Pulling out a short brown bottle, she poured a generous amount into her cup. She slid the brandy down the counter to Azariah. "Have some if you want. Not like anyone here's going to stop you. Taking a swig of her drink, she leaned back against the counter, savoring the burn of the concoction. The bitter flavor,along with the caffeine, sent chills down her spine. Her mind became more alert as the coffe settled in. Turning to the young Zoroark, she gave her a small smile. "So, how have you been? Anything interesting happen lately?" What she really meant was, Any mutiny happen lately. The ship was huge, so there was no way she could know every errant word spoken in it. That's why she relied on more trusted crewmen for information regarding the mood of the crew as a whole.

"Heh, I'll save getting drunk for my birthday. It's relatively soon, should be fun," Azariah said cooly, sliding the bottle back over to the captain. They raised their cup of coffee to their lips at the same time as Selina, out of habit of synchronizing with everyone they meet. "Everything's been pretty calm recently. Everyone's just going about doing same old, same old, as it seems." They gave their coffee a swirl.

"I believe that everyone's just waiting for something exciting to happen," the Zoroark spoke over their steaming coffee. "Or at least that what it feels like."
