From what I understand, there are several pokemon who, in the games, have more than one form without evolving but based upon battle conditions, such as Cherrim and Aegislash. I feel it would be nice to have something like the gracidea flower for Shaymin so they can hold something and change forms, then change back when its taken away, or even a permanent item like the weather baloon for Castform.

Overcoat Cherrim can form change into Sunny Cherrim with the energy root on PH, which is obtainable from Emera Square.

As for Aegislash, I think it's forms are being used as gender differences; sword form being male and shield form being female. Now I really don't understand that, but that's how it is.
