Draco jumps in his seat slightly as he hears a faint yell. The hell was that? What ever it is, it's a decent distance away... He glances over to Hinami sleeping on the couch. I doubt she'll follow my next order if I let her sleep... He stands up and walks over to Hinami and gently sets a hand on her calf. "Hinami, your turn..." He whispers.

The King quickly vanishes from sight as he disappears into a building. A crow emerges from the window sill in a building across the street from the one he found Khaalida in. It flies across the street and lands at the top of the building and hops out of sight onto the roof.

Khaalida sighs before falling over and flailing as something sharp lands on her head and pecks at it. GET OFF!!! GET OFF OF ME!!! She screams internally as she tries to keep the crows flapping wings quiet.

(Probably not long now. Should be up soon.)

Hinami begins to stir and she lets out a yawn. "Hmm?" She murmured and rubbed her eyes. My turn... "Alright," She says with a nod and sits up. She had no dreams when she had slept in which she was grateful for. Hinami stood to let Draco go and headed to the chair he was sitting on. "It won't be long until the sun rises." She says quietly while smoothing her clothing.

Axel eyes focus on a flying black figure in the sky. A crow probably. He thought idly, the bird disappearing as it landed on one of the buildings. Axel simply pursed his lips and continued walking but soon stopped when he heard faint flapping for a few seconds. The vampire simply shrugged it off.

(Okay, I was just wondering.)

Draco waited for her to take her seat before he sat down on the couch. "Yes, soon..." He glanced over to Riku before lowering himself down into a comfortable position. Soon, but not soon enough...

(I shall pick up the King when he does happen to reemerge from the building.)

Khaalida sits up shakily as the second bird joins the first one in unconsciousness. She almost starts crying as one appears from the far side of the roof and one lands next to her from the street again. Go away!! But at least you're quiet... Just after she thinks this, the crow closer to her lets out a caw that was quite loud. SHUT UP! She rolls over and manages to grab its neck, strangling it.

Hinami didn't respond, her eyes on the sleeping boy. His back was facing her so she was unable to see his face. I hope he had a goodnight's sleep... She stretched once more, her sleepiness now fully gone.

Axel heard a crow screech, coming from the direction he was just staring at. He planned on ignoring the black creatures but he heard more fluttering wings. Axel glanced up to see another crow landing on the building. They probably found a carcass... The Noble's eyes narrowed, his mind finally spinning its gears. Or an injured person. Axel nostrils flared and he immediately glided to the building, his pace quickening at each step.

Draco laid down the rest of the way, planning to catch at least a few more minutes of rest before sun up.

Khaalida had to bite her lip from letting out a scream as the bird at her feet moved forwards and started pecking at her arms and trying to get to her face. She grabbed the bird by it's leg and swung it against the wall and tossed the body onto the growing pile. She wasn't sure if she had killed that one or not, but she only prayed she had. She gritted her teeth as she sat up against the wall again, thankful for the respite from the vampires, but discouraged by the birds. If Axel and the King don't move on soon... I'll be bird food...

Axel made his way through the building, frowning when he saw that the first flight of stairs were broken. He pursed his lips. "This building isn't safe." He muttered, figuring the top floors could collapse at any moment. The Noble quickly exited and stared at the top of the building where the crows had been. That probably isn't even her. Axel covered his mouth with his hand before deciding to go to the building that was nearest to it.

Erin rubbed her eyes and opened them. The sky was beginning to regain color so she stood, glancing over to her companion. He was still asleep so she walked over to the window, leaving her hat on the couch.

Khaalida pulled herself up just enough to peer over the edge of the small wall. The King seems to have gone off into one of the buildings... As has Axel... She slid back down to her sitting position. If they get onto another roof they're sure to see me... She groaned and clenched her jaw as she started to drag herself along the wall. If they do find me... I'm not going to go with them... Under no circumstance... Khaalida crawled along and sat up in the corner and tried to not whimper. The sun is starting to come up... Surely the King will want to retreat indoors...

Bradwr felt the couch move and he started to wake. When he opened his eyes Erin wasn't on the couch. He sat bolt upright and looked around concerned until he saw her standing by the window. You okay?

Axel pace had decreased when he went inside the other building. This one seemed to be more stable than the other so he continued his way. Going up the stairs, Axel was met by a low growl. The Noble simply blinked and made it up the first flight of stairs. A couple of feet away was a big, mangled dog. Foam was bubbling at the sides of its mouth as it slowly stood, its growling getting deeper. Axel frowned in disgust. "Foul creatures," He muttered and walked up to it. The mutt barked in response and lunged but it didn't make it even halfway. It whimpered as Axel's sword pierced through its chest. Axel stared at the dying four-legged animal. Slowly it morphed in Khaalida's image. St-Stop... She whimpered, coughing blood. Axel smirked and tilted his head. He stabbed her and she let out a scream before becoming still. The Noble licked his lips and headed for the next flight of stairs.

Erin tensed, still not used to Bradwr communicating with her telepathically. She turned to him with a confused look. Why wouldn't I be? She asks the other vampire, leaning against the wall.

Khaalida smiled as a ray of early sunlight peaked around a building and landed next to her. She reached her hand over to the spot of light and let the warmth consume her fingers in their embrace. Riku... Riku where are you? I just need to know you're safe... To know my spell wasn't in vain... Riku... She struggled to keep her eyes open and focused on something. The pile of birds? No, it just made her thirsty. The cloud in the sky? No. It looks like a sword. She decided to look at her feet instead, wishing that she could heal herself, though that would end with her being blind again.

Bradwr swung his feet off the couch and stretched his back out. I don't know... Bad dream... He leaned forwards with a worried look. Or I rolled over in my sleep and touched you! Did I?

Axel reached the top floor in a matter of minutes. He looked around in the hallways, trying to remember what direction the building was. Hmm... He went to the right, gazing into each room's window to see where it headed. The Noble halted at the sixth one, the view showing the building. Axel headed to it, clicking his tongue when he saw that the building was slightly taller than the one he was in, making it impossible for him to see it. "Looks like I have to jump..." Axel took a few steps back and readied himself.

Erin chuckled, a grin settling on her face. Not that I can remember, so I say no. She ruffled her hair even more. What about me? She asked. Erin knew that she moved a lot when she slept, Riku had told her whenever they had once slept together. She smiled at the memory but it quickly disappeared as she turned her attention back to Bradwr. I hope not...

(Just in case if you found Riku and Erin sleeping together weird, they see themselves as siblings so they don't have romantic feelings for one another, including Axel as well!)

Khaalida swatted at another bird that was just about to land next to her. You better fly off if you know what's good for you... Or... Come over here little bird... Though I dislike your feathers immensely I'll still drink you... Once she stopped moving the bird hopped back over to her and was just about to peck at her when she shot her hand forwards, grabbing its neck and snapping it. She drew it close and bit into its body, the warm blood starting to flow. It's a bit bland... But still it's blood... She drained it quickly and tossed it's rapidly cooling body onto the pile of birds. She wiped the little trail of blood from her chin and laid back.

Bradwr shook his head. No, no... You didn't hit me. He chuckled. Any movement from Riku and the humans? He asked as he stood up and walked over to the window and looked out to the next building.

Axel eyes were locked on the other building, his eyes narrowing slightly. After a few moments, the Noble took off, placing his feet on the window sill before leaping from there. The wind pulled his hair and clothing back causing Axel to grin. He loved the feeling and silently thanked his vampire aspects. He soon landed on the building in a crouching position, his feet making a light thump.

Erin shook her head. I can't tell... She replied, staring hard at the building where the humans and Riku were. I guess we wait until they begin to move again. Erin sighs, resting her chin on her hand, a bored expression on her face.

Khaalida's eyes snapped up to the figure who just landed on the roof with a near silent landing. No... "A-Axel..." She said in almost a whimper. She started to push herself up, using her hands to push against the wall. She had gotten her hands along the edge, her arms shaking as they held her weight as her shoulders extended just over the top of the short wall. If he comes any closer I'm jumping... Better completely dead and in their hands than partially dead and in their hands. "Stay back..." She hissed.

Bradwr sighed. I'll head over and have a quick look... And with that thought he vanished. A few moments later he appeared next to her again. They are still sleeping and sitting watch... We don't have much to do while they aren't moving...

(Hmm... Is Axel going to keep her from falling? Or is she going to die? >:3 Plots... *evil giggling*)

Axel's lips curled into a smile when he heard a whimper from behind. He stood and turned around to gaze at Khaalida. "Your little...disappearance made your father very worried." He took a small step towards the female vampire, his eyes gazing towards her arms. Axel chuckled. "Oh, Khaalida. You should know by now that I'll never let you die. Not on my watch," He purred, a bright smile on his face.

Erin grumbled and jumped back onto the couch. She muttered more intelligible words as she stretched her body across it. Erin had little patience. "So now what do we do?" Her voice his muffled due to the fact her face is buried in the sofa.

Khaalida stopped shaking, her whole body tensed as the figure who she hates almost as much as her creator took a step towards her. She had to almost bite her tongue as he spoke her name to keep from letting tears fall and grace him with the knowledge that she was afraid of him. She pulled her feet closer to the wall, crouching a little to get pressure off of her broken knees. "I said don't come any closer!" Her eyes narrow. "You don't have a watch." She forces a chuckle and glances over her shoulder at the ground three stories below. I just hope it's tall enough...

Bradwr watched her walk over and jump on the decrepit couch trying to hide a smile. We wait... Could do a thought exchange if you wanted... But that's a little odd sometimes... He sighed and walked back over to the window and stared out at the brightening sky.

(I doubt he'll save her... She's pretty determined...)

Axel chuckles, watching Khaalida glance down. His eyes glint with fascination wanting nothing more but to witness the female vampire plummet to her death. The King wouldn't like that. An inner voice reminded him. Axel scoffed at his thought a plan coming quick in his head. He decided not to contact the King...yet. Afterwards, a grin settled on Axel's face. "I don't take orders from you, princess." He purred and was instantly by her side, gripping her wrist tightly. "I suggest you don't try to kill yourself." He hissed.

Erin raised her head from the cushion. Thought exchange? She echoed and got in a kneeling position.

Khaalida had just barely turned back to keep an eye on Axel, when she felt his hand take her wrist tightly. Her heart leapt into her throat and she let out something along the lines of a growl crossed with a whimper as her other hand flew up to his face and made a fist, hoping to make contact with his jaw. I can't scream... Whatever I do, I can't scream... Her heart was racing so fast it felt as though her chest was going to burst open.

Bradwr shrugged. It's where we make our minds meet and almost become one. We can see what the other wants us to see... It's more, well, for lack of better word, it's more intimate than basic telepathy... He keeps his face to the window as a light shade of red spreads across his features.

(Well darn. I had a plan, but let's go with this. I wasn't going to kill Khaalida by the way. She was going to fall and not die. She'd be barely alive and the King would come out and heal her most of the way.)

Now that Axel was healed and energized, he saw Khaalida's fist coming towards him. He swiftly caught it with his other hand, not once removing his eyes off Khaalida's face. He wanted to see her reaction. "I'm afraid that your movements are too slow." He then forced her hand against the ledge, holding her in place.

Erin nods, processing Bradwr's explanation. That sounds neat! Her eyes are huge and filled with curiosity. We can try it out, I don't mind if its odd. It seems interesting. She shifts her legs so she could sit properly on the couch, waiting for the other vampire's response.

Khaalida's pale face lost even more of it's pigment as her stomach sank. My father... Axel's been healed... Her arm shook as she tried to fight his force pushing her hand to be pinned down on the ledge next to her. "All thanks to you..." She bit her lip as she realized that a meek whimper escaped with her words. What am I to do... I could... I could. I will. She bent forwards at the waist with a great deal of her remaining strength and tried to sink her teeth into his shoulder.

Bradwr turned to her once the color was gone. You actually want to try it? It's a sharing of memories... You can either see what the other wants you to see, or you can dig deeper... Though digging can be painful at times.

Axel smirked at the whimper that came out of Khaalida's mouth. Pathetic He thought, easily keeping her pinned, her efforts in vain. His eyebrows raised slightly when he saw that she was trying to sink her teeth in his shoulder. He chuckled and held her back so she was unable to reach him. Once Axel was sure that Khaalida couldn't get near enough to sink her fangs into his flesh, he decided to mock her. "Poor Khaalida," Axel taunted and tilted his chin up, making his neck exposed.

Erin thought for a bit. Was there anything she wanted to hide...or more importantly, need to? Probably not. There was that one time... The memory made her grin like an idiot but she quickly waved it away, turning her full attention to Bradwr. I've got nothing to hide. Besides, it sounds interesting...
