(Ok, so I read the previous, but I haven't figured out where we are. Are we like in a house?)

Selinia was wandering aimlessly. She had gotten distracted and lost sight of Valerie, which worried her. She always worried about the girl. Some of the other anglers weren't exactly the best role models for her. She detected the smell of cake in the air. That's probably where she would be. Moving quickly, she slithered towards the smell. She found several other anglers, but couldn't see Valerie. "Have any of you seen Valerie?" She asked
