I've been meaning to anyways
And I sketch in bright purple, but I'll start sketching in darker colors from now on, in case I can't finish a drawing or something.
I've seen most people just sketch in black, but I feel like it looks too um, formal? Or official? So I don't really like doing that. Do you have any suggestions ;w;;
(I do the thing where I sketch then erase and perfect the lines into a lineart, instead of going over it in another layer.)
Also, I've looked at my hands now and see what you are talking about! I'll try to incorporate that (and everything else) next time o/

@Twin Most people I know usually sketch with blue (me included). It's pretty easy to just desaturate the color and have it black or dark gray, especially if you're using Photoshop. But if you don't wanna use colors, you can always try and sketch with gray, or even in black and lower the layer opacity.
I hope the critiques were useful guys ;-; I'll get to the rest of you when I can, which is most likely tomorrow morning. I have 8h of class nonstop today and I'll probably pass out as soon as I get home. :'D

I was gonna do violin, but it felt like a lot of people were gonna do that.
Then I thought electric guitar, but ended up doing a saxophone and regretted it ;o;
But its done and updated~
And Marikot, thanks for the critique ;o; The serrated lines have become a really strong habit, and I was trying not to do them in the drawing I just done, but I kept forgetting OTL

Never leaned an instrument. Always wanted to learn Piano or Guitar, but never got the chance to.
The only instrument I got my hands on was in grade school I got a wooden recorder that got "lost" three days after I got it xD

And what Kitkat said with the fingers, I once practiced for 4 hours and I had to ice my fingers because they hurt so much.
I still love it tho, no matter how much I hate it :b
I do a bit of Guitar and Piano too, but not too much. I want to play them more tho.

So many violinist here :o Including me lmao. But my mom like made me play violin but, meh, it's pretty cool but what Rini and Kit said, it hurts your fingers >^< Lol I didn't draw a Violin bc Twin already drew one so why not a Flute, I always wanted to play one :o
