I totally forgot that I have the first Water Arceus on site.
Also, Navuso has the first shiny Rayquaza on site but he gave it a green orb so now it's a mega shiny Rayquaza. Here it is.

The first shiny quilava is the first.

The first shiny is the first that WAS that shiny. Evolving it doesn't make it no longer the first on site.

Hence, yours is NOT the first on site. Yes, it is currently the only shiny of that type, but its not the first.

For example this is the first cyndaquil, the first quilava, and the first typhlosion on site. Being evolved didn't stop it from being the first Cyndaquil or Quilava.
