This does not mean that I want posts to be as spoiling as possible, so~ please put all discussion posts that contain a spoiler in a spoiler!
This counts for all episodes, please. Even if one has been out for a while, I want people new to the game to be able to come later and read what everyone thinks as they play through.

Max wakes up in the middle of a storm in Arcadia Bay with no recollection of how she got there. Spotting a lighthouse nearby, she follows the winding path to the lighthouse. At the top of the cliff she witnesses a the cause of the storm: A tornado moving across the bay and heading towards the town. The tornado tosses a boat from its form. The boat crashes into the lighthouse, destroying its top. The top of the lighthouse appears to crush her when she wakes up in class during a lecture being given by her teacher, Mark Jefferson. Trying to regain her bearings, she watches as Taylor throws a paper ball at Kate Marsh, overhears Stella's pencil fall from her table and Victoria Chase's cell phone vibrate.
Mr. Jefferson asks the class a question regarding a photographer who captured the "human condition in black and white" and Victoria answers correctly with Diane Arbus. Distracted from her dream, Max takes a selfie with her Polaroid Camera, attracting Mr. Jefferson's attention. He explains that Max's generation was not the first to capture self portraits on a camera. Mr. Jefferson then asks Max the question on who was the first person to capture human expression. Max, uncertain of the answer, didn't know the answer. Frustrated, Jefferson posed the question to the entire class. Victoria answers with Louis Daguerre, a French painter who invented the Daguerreotype.
Turning to Max, Victoria taunts her, saying she was "officially stuck in the retro zone". Jefferson lectures the class a for a few more moments before the bell signals the end of class. As the class empties out, he reminds everyone that the deadline for the Everyday Heroes Contest is coming up soon. Before approaching Jefferson, Max talks to her friend, Kate. Max apologies for her "lame answer" to Jefferson's question. Kate remarks that not everyone is suited to the spotlight, unlike Victoria. Kate reassures Max that she has nothing to be concerned about with Victoria, so far as her talents are concerned.
Max approaches Mr. Jefferson, hoping to speak with him. Irritated, Victoria attempts to dismiss her, but Jefferson interjects, unwilling to let Max leave before they speak. Max explains that she didn't have time to submit her photograph yet because of other schoolwork obligations. Mr. Jefferson reminds Max of her talents and that she shouldn't wait too long to submit her photograph.
After the talk Max will leaves the classroom and puts on her earphones. Max heads for the girls bathroom. Relieved the bathroom is empty, she washes her face and regards the photograph she intended to submit for the Everyday Heroes Contest. Frustrated, she rips the photograph in half and discards it. Moments later, she sees a Blue Butterfly. Seizing the opportunity, she follows it into the corner stall at the end of the bathroom and snaps a photograph of it before it flies away.
Nathan Prescott enters the girls bathroom, talking to himself. Next, a girl with blue hair follows after him, checking the stalls to make sure no one is there. The girl demands money from Nathan for drugs since he the son of the Prescott Family, the richest family Arcadia Bay. She pushes him further, threatening to tell his parents about his drug dealing in order to ascertain money from them. Nathan demands that she leave his family out of their deal, but the girl ignores him and calls him a "little girl". Angered by her disrespect, Nathan tells her "no one controls him" and pulls a gun out of his jacket.
He forces the girl against the wall, ignoring her warnings that he would get into far worse trouble if anyone knew he had a gun. Nathan taunts her and assumes no one would miss her "punk ***" if he did shoot her. The girl shoves Nathan away from herself, Nathan accidentally pulls the trigger and shoots her in the stomach. Max comes out of her hiding place and extends her arm out as if to stop the bullet. Without realizing, she manipulates time, rewinding the moment until she is back in Mr. Jefferson's class just as it was nearing its end.
The events of the end of class --- Jefferson's lecture, Taylor harassing Kate, Stella dropping her pencil --- repeat themselves, but this time Max breaks her camera when she hears Victoria's cell phone vibrate again. Testing the waters, Max extends her hand again and watches as time rewinds to before she knocks her camera off her table.
Astonished it worked a second time, she took another selfie to see if Mr. Jefferson would react the same way again. He does and Jefferson asks her the same question. Max, concerned about the girl in the bathroom, asks if she could be dismissed so she could use the bathroom.
Jefferson teases her for attempting to get out of answering the question and tells her they'll speak after class. Fearful that staying after class would ensure the girl's death, Max rewinds time again and provides Mr. Jefferson with the question he was looking for. Victoria gets mad at Max and Jefferson finishes his lecture as class ends.
Following their conversation, Max heads for the bathroom to save the girl. Max retraced her footsteps in the bathroom and waited for the events that occurred prior to repeat themselves. When it does, Max discovers a hammer underneath a cleaning cart left behind in the bathroom by Samuel and uses it to trigger the alarm. Nathan Prescott is distracted long enough for the girl to escape, Nathan follows suit.
Max exits the bathroom and is cornered by David Madsen, who accuses her of wrongdoing based on her uneasy behavior. However, Principal Ray Wells dismissed Madsen and attempted to find out what was going on with Max himself. Depending on the players choices, Max will hide the truth or tell Wells what she saw the bathroom. After she is dismissed by the Principal, she heads outside where she interacts with a large majority of Blackwell Academy and learns about the missing girl, Rachel Amber, whose posters she'd seen in the school's halls earlier. She gets a text message from Warren Graham, one of her friends, who is looking to see the return of his flash drive.
Heading for the Prescott Dormitory, Maxis blocked from entering the Girls Dormitory by Victoria chase and her friends, Taylor and Courtney. Victoria mocks Max's behavior around Mr. Jefferson, who she believes fells for Max's "waif hipster bull****". Snapping a photo of her with her cell phone, Victoria promises to put her photograph on the "social medias" and tells her to "go **** your selfie".
Angry, Max hatches a plan to remove Victoria from the stairs. Tampering with the handle of a paint can that the school janitor, Samuel, was using, Max messed with the sprinkler system. Victoria and her friends avoid the sprinklers only for Victoria to be splattered with paint when the paint can's handle breaks and drops from the scaffolding it was hanging from. When Courtney and Taylor go to get towels to wipe the paint off of Victoria, Max approaches Victoria.
The player has the choice of making fun of or comforting Victoria. Afterward, she enters the Girls Dormitory and heads for her dorm room. No sooner than she enters, she finds a note from Dana Ward, who took Warren's flash drive to watch the movies on it. Heading out of her room, Max decides to head for Dana's dorm room just as Juliet Watson exits Dana's room and locks her inside. Max investigates the situation, and depending on whether or not she guesses Juliet's last name properly, Juliet will explain that she locked Dana in her room because Victoria Chase told her Dana had been sexting with her boyfriend, Zachary. Suspicious, Max enters Victoria's dorm room to procure evidence. Finding an e-mail detailing the truth about Zachary, she exits the room and shows Juliet the evidence.
Embarrassed, Juliet apologizes to Dana for her actions before heading off to confront Zachary about the lie. Entering Dana's bedroom, Max grabs the flash drive from off of Dana's desk. Optionally, she may discover a home pregnancy test which will lead to Dana confessing to being pregnant at one point before she got an abortion. Leaving the Girls Dormitory, Max heads for the parking lot. Before she arrives, she witnesses David Madsen harassing her friend, Kate Marsh. Depending on the choice of the player, Max has the option to intervene or take a photograph of David's actions against Kate.
She meets up with Warren in the parking lot and returns his flash drive. When he notices something was bothering her, Max attempted to explain her time traveling ability to him. However, she was interrupted by the arrival of Nathan Prescott, who demanded to know what she told Principal Wells. Max, refused to intimated by Nathan, and threatened to call the police. Warren attempted to step in and defend Max, but was knocked down with a headbutt by Nathan. Nathan attacked Max until she scratched his face, forcing him to push her down. As she recovered, a truck pulled up in front of her. On her feet, Max recognized the girl from the bathroom as her childhood friend, Chloe. Warren jumps on Nathan, knocking him over only be attacked. His distraction allows Max enough time to get into Chloe's truck and escape while David Madsen intervened, preventing Nathan from harming Warren any further.
Chloe and Max catch up on the way to her house. During the ride, Max finds out her camera has been broken, likely during her altercation between herself and Nathan. Chloe offers her stepfather's tools to use to fix her camera. At the Price Household, Chloe and Max do some more catching up. Max, searching for a CD, inadvertently discovers that Rachel Amber was a friend of Chloe.
Chloe explained that she and Rachel became friends after Max's family left for Seattle and her father died, a time where she felt "abandoned". The two of them planned on leaving Arcadia Bay for Los Angeles once they had enough money, but Rachel disappeared almost six months before. Chloe believed her friend's disappearance was serious, but her parents pretended it wasn't and Chloe believed they were "in denial" about the situation. After their conversation, Max leaves Chloe alone while she searches the house for the tools she needed. Entering the basement, she discovers files of Blackwell Academy students being kept by David Madsen, Chloe's stepfather. Returning to the bedroom, she tries to fix her camera with the tools she found, but eventually gave up.
Chloe, recognizing one of the pictures Max took in the bathroom as one she saw earlier, Chloe realized that Max was the one who saved her from being shot by Nathan. Reluctantly, Max admits that she was there. Excited by the realization, Chloe decides to celebrate their reunion by giving Max her father's camera and taking the photograph of the Blue Butterfly as a "token". Chloe turns on a turns on her radio and proceeds to dance around on her bed. Max is able to take a photograph of her friend before the return of David Madsen.
Chloe urges Max to hide while she blocks her door, preventing David from entering. The confrontation between herself, Chloe and David is dependent on whether or not the player chooses to hide, not hide, blame Chloe for the drugs she bought or take the blame for the drugs instead. After their fight with David, Chloe and Max head for the lighthouse.
There Chloe reluctantly reveals that she is in debt to someone trying to get money for her and Rachel to leave. Additionally, she was drugged and presumably video tapped by Nathan during an attempt to scam money off of him at a bar.
Max tells her that they have to be careful now because of what they knew about Nathan. Concerned, Chloe tells Max that she misses Rachel Amber and hopes that together the two of them will able to find her. Max experiences another instance of what she believes was a "vision" of the town being destroyed by a tornado. Lost in the storm, she follows the silhouette of a deer up to the top of the path. At the edge of the cliff, she finds a news paper that reports that the storm will occur October 11, 2013, just four days away.
She is pulled from her vision by Chloe and she frantically tries to explain what she saw. Chloe was hesitant to believe her, thinking her friend was on drugs or spacing out. However, when it begins to snow, a baffled Chloe --- who takes Max's remark about Snow in the middle of October being a result of global warming --- asks Max to explain her story "from the beginning".
As the day draws to a close, Victoria, Warren, David, Nathan, Principal Wells and Mr. Jefferson all witness the snow falling while Kate Marsh cries alone in her bedroom. The episode ends with a close up shot on a red folder with Rachel Amber's name on it.

Episode 2 Summary:

Max has spent most of the night researching quantum physics in search of answers for her time traveling ability. Turning off her alarm clock, she heads for the bathroom in the Girls Dormitory. Inside the bathroom, she encounters a weary Kate Marsh, who depending on the players actions in the previous episode, will greet Max or accuse her not standing up for her when she was being harassed by David Madsen. Kate asks if Max still has a copy of her book, The October Country. When Max answers in the affirmative, Kate asks to have it back for class notes.
While she is taking a shower, Max overhears Victoria Chase and Taylor Christensen bothering Kate about a “viral video” she was in. Kate says the girl on the video isn’t her. However, Victoria presses the issue, mockingly complementing her for a setting a “tongue record” on camera. Upset, Kate tells Victoria and Taylor that they’ll be sorry someday and leaves the bathroom. Unaware of Max’s presence in the shower, Victoria and Taylor continue to make disparaging comments about Kate, assured that Nathan Prescott gave Kate “the good shit” which resulted in her behavior caught on tape. Victoria leaves a link to Kate’s video on the mirror in the girls’ bathroom, hoping to humiliate her even more.
After they leave, Max gets dressed in the shower and steps out. Possibly wiping the message off the mirror, Max heads for dorm room. Max's whiteboard may be vandalized; the message “nobody messes with me *****” may be written across her photograph collage on the wall and a photoshopped image of her head superimposed on a platter next to a slab of meat left on her bed; her mirror may be vandalized with the message “filthy artist dirty *****” and her room in a complete state of disarray; or Max's room may be left untouched. Frustrated, Max tries to clean up her room and search for Kate’s book. When she finds The October Country Max heads for Kate’s room.
Before she enters the room, she receives a text message from a private number. The anonymous message, which Max suspects is from Nathan, warns her to keep her mouth shut “about everything” and that they know where she sleeps. Unsettled, she enters Kate’s room. Kate will ask Max why she stood up for her or demand to know why Max didn’t defend her against David Madsen, who accused her of being a member of the Vortex Club. Following her explanation, Max asks what happened on the video. Kate confessed that she went to one Vortex Club party and “made out with a bunch of people,” but has no memory of it.
When Max asks how Kate ended up in that situation, Kate tells her it was “a long story” she was still trying to figure out. Kate swears she had only had “one sip” of red wine and drank water for the rest of the party. She remembers getting “sick and dizzy,” followed by Nathan Prescott offering to take her to the hospital. She assumed the room she was taken to was a hospital until she heard Nathan and another person speaking. Afterwards, she woke up in the hall outside of her dorm room. Kate speculates that Victoria was responsible for recording the video because she’d been present during her intoxication.
When Max promises to help Kate figure out what happened, Kate decides she needs to find out if Nathan Prescott was responsible for what happened to her. Kate asks if she should go the police. Max will either encourage Kate to contact the police or discourage her, as the burden of proof would fall on Kate.
Leaving the dormitory, Max heads for the school bus to meet Chloe in town at the Two Whales Diner. Before she leaves campus grounds she runs into Warren Graham, who was waiting for her outside the dorm. The two talk about the events of yesterday, Max thanking Warren for stepping in and helping her with Nathan. Warren invites her to see a screening of Planet of the Apes at a movie drive-in. Max may or may not accept the invitation before she heads for the central campus grounds.
Before she leaves campus she spots David Madsen speaking with Nathan Prescott, and she suspects the discussion has something to do with Kate Marsh or Rachel Amber. Boarding the bus, she is taken into the city and dropped off at the diner. Prior to entering the diner, Max can interact with the populace around the diner and learn about how the Prescott’s involvement with the town has changed it for the worse.
Entering the diner, she takes a moment to get reacquainted with Joyce Price. The two discuss the passing of her husband, William Price and how much Chloe has changed since her remarriage to David Madsen. Joyce is of the mind that the side of David that she saw with Chloe isn’t how David really is and hopes Max gets to know him on her terms. When Chloe arrives at the diner, she asks Max to prove that she can really time travel. In her first attempt, Max guesses what’s in Chloe’s pockets (a keychain, a pack of cigarettes, spare change, and a parking ticket) and uses her rewind ability to properly account for her items after studying them.
In her second attempt she watches a short period of events in the diner (a man knocking over his coffee up, Trevor and Justin fighting, the policemen being left behind by his partner, a cockroach crawling across the jukebox before it begins to glitch) before rewinding time and recounting the events as she saw them to Chloe. Convinced, an excited Chloe decides it would be a good idea to further test Max’s power by doing whatever they want to. Max experiences a nosebleed but brushes it off as nothing. Before they leave the diner, Max receives a call from Kate Marsh. Max will either answer the call or ignore it and head out with Chloe.
At the junkyard, Chloe decides that she should practice on her shooting skills with David’s gun and asks Max to go hunting for bottles. During her search, Max finds small traces of Rachel around the junkyard inside a room (CDs, graffiti, Rachel's letter to Chloe and photographs). As she gathers up bottles, Max encounters the doe from her “vision” again and attempts to take a picture of it. After Max retrieves of all the bottles, Chloe practices her aim with Max’s help. After a few traditional shots, Chloe asks Max to help her with "ubercool trick shot[s]". One of attempt to hit the car has Chloe accidentally shooting herself in the chest and forces Max to rewind to save her.
After they’re done, Max suffers another nosebleed and blacks out while experiencing a fragmented vision of the tornado. When she comes to, neither Max nor Chloe are sure what to make of the incident. Before they can move on, a “friend” of Chloe’s, Frank Bowers, appears with the reminder that Chloe owes him money. During their encounter, Chloe recognizes a blue bracelet on Frank’s wrist as Rachel’s and demands to know where he got it from. Frank tells her it’s from a friend, but Chloe insists otherwise. When she tries to take the bracelet from him he threatens her with a switchblade, provoking Max to use the gun she hid behind her back when he appeared. Frank taunts her, not thinking she’ll shoot. Max will either attempt to shoot Frank or inadvertently surrender the weapon to him.
After their encounter with Frank, Chloe and Max leave the junkyard and follow the train tracks. During that time, Chloe explains how she knew Frank and that she planned on skipping town without paying him. Max gets up from laying on the tracks next to Chloe to take a picture, only to experience another headache and vision of the storm. The vision appears to be interrupted by Chloe’s shouts. Chloe’s shoe is stuck in the track switching mechanism and she is unable to free herself.
When the two hear the train coming, Max works to free her friend from the tracks before the train arrives. When she succeeds, Chloe thanks her and returns her to Blackwell. Before Max goes inside, Chloe speculates that the storm and Max’s powers are connected, and a likely product of Chaos Theory. Though Max is hesitant to believe her on account of her lack of remarkability, she concedes to Chloe's belief. Inside the school Max speaks with David Madsen about how he reacted towards Kate Marsh and Chloe. Though he apologizes for his actions, Max remains suspicious. After meeting with Warren in the science lab, Max catches Kate retreating from Mark Jefferson in tears. Speaking with Mr. Jefferson, the two discuss the viral video being circulated. Mr. Jefferson is dubious that Kate is completely free of responsibility concerning the release of the video and assumes she brought the situation upon herself.
Inside the art classroom, Max encounters Nathan and Victoria. The two them are sitting on Max’s desk and make fun of her. Warren comes in and talks to Max for a moment before class begins. When Jefferson inquires about the whereabouts of Kate, Victoria makes a joke about the viral video. Jefferson decides to address the situation, reprimanding the students who participate in making fun of Kate. During his lecture on Chiaroscuro, Zachary appears and tells everyone “crazy shit” is happening at the Girls’ Dormitory. Mr. Jefferson’s students leave despite his reprimand of Zachary and his order to remain seated. When Max arrives to the dormitory she realizes that the girl on the roof of the Girls' Dormitory is Kate. When Kate jumps from the rooftop, Max tries to rewind time, but experiences another sporadic loss of her abilities. When she tries again, time appears to freeze right before Kate jumps.
Max struggles to reach the top of the roof as she experiences another nosebleed. When she reaches the top, time unfreezes and Kate realizes Max is behind her. As Max is unable to rewind time, Max’s conversation with Kate decides whether or not she commits suicide. The aftermath of the situation has Max, Nathan, Jefferson and David meeting in Principal Ray Wells office to discuss the consequences that led Kate to the rooftop. Max has the choice to either blame Nathan, David or Jefferson as the cause and signs a statement confirming her confessions.
At the end of the day, Max and Warren discuss the aftermath of the rooftop incident with Kate as an unexpected eclipse occurs. The episode closes on a montage revealing the whereabouts of the main characters: Joyce appears to comfort David following the incident in Well's office; Principal Wells argues with Mr. Jefferson through Jefferson's car window; Nathan approaches Victoria in Victoria's room; Frank watches the eclipse with his dog; Kate is hospitalized if the player was able to save her, or memorialized at Blackwell if she committed suicide; and Chloe observes the sunset as she checks messages sent to her by Max. The episode ends with another shot of the room with red binders from the previous episode and the camera pans to focus on Kate’s photograph next to a binder with Kate's name on it.

Max awakes from her sleep in her dorm at Blackwell Academy at night, still reeling over the events that led to Kate's attempted or successful suicide. After receiving a text message from Chloe to meet her in front of the school, she leaves the dorm. The two decide to break into Principal Ray Wells's office with the keys that Chloe had stolen from David Madsen. When they get to the second door, Chloe is frustrated that the key to it is not among the key she stole. Max has an idea and contacts Warren Graham for the instructions on how to construct a homemade pipe bomb. After collecting the necessary ingredients, Chloe and Max destroy the lock, but trigger the school's alarm at the same time.
Max enters into the Principal's office and rewinds time before the explosion occurred, allowing Chloe inside the room when she unlocks the door. While in there, Max fishes information from the student files of Nathan, Kate and Rachel, while Chloe finds disturbing material on the Principal's computer, including the cover up of Nathan's flagging grades, David Madsen's activities, and a mysterious drawing that reads "Rachel in the dark room" written over and over.
With the information they need, Chloe decides that they should leave. Before she gets up from the desk, she fins over five thousand dollars in an envelope meant for the handicapped fund. Max has the option of persuading Chloe to leave the money or letting her take it to repay Frank Bowers.
Before Max can return to her dorm, Chloe convinces her to break into the swimming area of the school. They enter through the boys or girls locker room. Max and Chloe eventually decide to play in the pool and have a conversation about their lives. After their swim, they prepare to leave, when they overhear the arrival of Blackwell Security, led by David Madsen investigating the noise. Max and Chloe hide and manage to evade detection before escaping the swimming area. With the campus crawling with security, Max is forced to follow Chloe back to her truck and escape the school.
She spends the night at her house and the next morning, as Max attempts to get dressed, she discovers that her clothes are still wet and smell of chlorine. Chloe suggests Max try on the clothes Rachel left in her closet, as they should fit her. When Max expresses uncertainty of about herself, Chloe attempts to encourage her and dares Max to kiss her. Max may or may not fall for Chloe's goad before she heads downstairs.
Downstairs, Max helps Joyce with preparing breakfast for her family. After helping Joyce with the ingredients, she has her meal. At the dinner table, Joyce and Max discuss the past and William over the Price's family photo album. Joyce gives Max a photo of Chloe and Max from 2008 as Chloe enters the living room.
Wanting to investigate the garage, Chloe distracts her Joyce by starting an argument with her. Joyce, distracted by her daughter's behavior, pays no attention to Max who excuses herself to "use the bathroom". Max waits until Joyce's back is turned and enters the garage. Max decides to investigate David's laptop and searches the garage for a possible password. Max manages to find the password to David's laptop and discovers that Rachel Amber was romantically involved with Frank Bowers.
Max returns to the living with answers, but before she divulge them to Chloe, David returns to the house. When he accuses the students of Blackwell of vandalizing the school, a quarrel breaks out. Max and Chloe take the opportunity reveal that David has been spying on the students.Joyce demands David to leave the students and Max alone. The quarrel escalates and Max has the option of siding with him or Chloe.
When Max tells Chloe that Rachel was seeing Frank, she doesn't believe her. Deciding to prove her wrong, they plot to break into Frank's RV. Max and Chloe head to the Two Whales Diner to try and get information from inside his RV. She learns that Frank loved dogs and uses that fact on him to lure Frank to taking out his keys. Max takes the keys and rewinds time so that Frank isn't aware of that transpired between them. She returns to the RV and Chloe gives her a drumstick to lure, Frank's dog, Pompidou, away from the RV for the time being.
While investigating the RV, Max finds a accounting book with photos that confirm Rachel and Frank's relationship. When she shows the book to Chloe, she becomes angry and believes Rachel has betrayed her by not telling her about her relationship with Frank. On the way back to Blackwell, Chloe takes her rage out on Max, her family, and her father.
She drops Max off at the school and Max returns to the dormitory. Max regards the photo Joyce gave to her, and is surprised that she can hear voices coming from it. Focusing on the photograph, she travels back in time to 2008, to the day William was killed. She manages to hide William's keys and persuades him to take the bus. Her actions rewrite the timeline of her present.
When Max travels back to the present, she is shocked to discover she is now friends with Victoria Chase and a member of the Vortex Club. Her friend, Warren was now in relationship with Stella Hill. Dreading the worst has happened to Chloe, she boards the bus, and discovers David Madsen is the school's driver. When she visits the Price Household, she learns William is alive and well. Happy to see her, he calls for Chloe. Chloe arrives to the front door and Max discovers her friend is now a paraplegic confined to a wheelchair.
