There is no such thing as a Mega Froslass.
However, in the AH right now, there's a Froslass that has the mega bubble.
It cannot mega evolve, as it has already gone to Froslass.

Here is where the Mega List is.
This shows that it's a Mega Pokemon that can't evolve.

Shouldn't it be taken off from the Mega list, just so someone doesn't buy it, thinking it can still mega evolve? Or shouldn't it lose it's "megable" because it's impossible now?

"I think it happens because the only Mega Evolution is Mega Glalie, and it only has a Megastone icon. Froslass can't Mega evolve to Mega Glalie while Snorunt can, as far as you evolve it to Glalie first. So, Froslass doesn't have a Megastone icon... Because it's a Mega Pokémon that can't Mega evolve (lol). That should be posted on the Bug section"

EDIT: The person evolved it on accident, not knowing it was mega - however, it still took a stone and not levelling

Because evolving to froslass takes a dawn stone, whereas evolving to Glaile is by level.

If not, well, perhaps someone could keep it as a novelty mega, since it will never be able to mega evolve

This might be the answer... well snorunt can be mega-able into glailie but that doesnt stop you from evolving it into froslass. So this guy must've evolved it into froslass instead of glailie.

People pre-emptively got Mega-able Gallade before it was added, and they work fine now that it's available. The Mega bubble should not be revoked, because not only was Gallade not treated in that way, but we don't know for sure that Mega Froslass will never exist. (In fact, because Gallade got its Mega later than Gardevoir, I actually would be unsurprised if Mega Froslass is made someday, and to revoke the Mega bubble simply because it isn't available now would be blatantly unfair if that does happen, especially considering that '"early" Mega Gallade WERE allowed and didn't lose their Mega bubble or transform into Gardevoir.)
I disagree that anything should be done right now (Riako doesn't manipulate gameplay to correct mistakes users make on their own anyway), because nothing was done for Gallade that evolved before Mega Gallade was added. For all we know, this user could get a first-on-site if Mega Froslass ever does exist.
Since it happened for Gallade before that was available, it shouldn't be considered a bug now just because Froslass hasn't been given a Mega yet.

Froslass gained a Mega Forme, so no reversion/action needs to be taken.
[Even if it didn't, there was no reason to take action. The original user took an uninformed decision, which falls under the 'We won't revert your mistakes']
