Hi !! I suggest this because Im on my Shiny Chain and I should get my Event Egg until the deadline and that is later (valentines day) but it will break my chain . Me and my friend Repyh Are experiencing it now Feb. 14

Event eggs do not break your chain.

Adding to that, most events don't, but ones from the Event Shop and Day Care will affect your chain. This event is from neither of those, so it doesn't break your chain.

As for the suggestion itself, no support. This would make the PokéRadar WAY too easy to use.

Ugh yeah, thanks for adding that, CarpetMonster. I probably should have said that eggs claimed from an event distribution itself don't break chains. xD

Yes, it would break your chain since Festival Ralts =/= regular Ralts.
