CHAPTER 20
James's POV
While getting ready for the big battle, Nate made us some really cool weapons.
I got Star-Burner, a gun which can switch between 16 modes: Pistol, Shotgun, Rocket Launcher, Sniper, Laser(Which is my favorite), Dynamite, Harp(Which can hypnotize), Poison, Water(Which helps Silver), Plasma, Ice, Spear, Rock, Electricity, EMP, and Flame.
Dang, I love this weapon.
He also gave Aura a teleporting sword, Cryo a bow which can fire 20 arrows at once, Silver a water bazooka, Lelouch an electric sword, Zero a flamethrower(Which has green fire, the most dangerous fire), Ferbes a.... Toy car which can expand, Jane a staff which can control people, and Burg an indestructible wine bottle for smashing people and drinking "grape juice".
He also gave himself a hammer.
What was best though is that they talk. Like seriously, when we are bored we just talk to them.
Like this, I'll try talking to Star-Burner.
"Hey, Star-Burner. How are you holding up?"
"Fine, I guess. I'm just so freaking bored."
"True, the ship is boring."
"Lelouch built the ship, so I guess I shouldn't tell him you said that?"
See?
"I heard that!" Lelouch shouted.
"Don't mind him."
So yeah. But he kinda has a mind of his own. It is helpful though.
We were attacked by monsters(As usual.) and he deflected an arrow which almost hit me in the leg.
I went to the room which said "Dude! Don't go in here it ain't safe mate!" Which I knew was the training room.
I practiced a bit by aiming at the targets.
But we have to go off the boat soon.
Aura's POV
I love talking weapons.
"It may seem rude of me to ask this, Aura, but can you tell me about your mom's death?" My sword, Licunt, asked.
"No, it's fine. My mom got murdered on the streets by the Minotaur. I avenged her, and was happy when she went to Elysium."
"That's nice."
So we left the dock, Senicto and his men charged. The monsters blocking the main path were killed.
"Pretty easy killing them."
Honestly, I was envious of Senicto and his men, but I just reminded myself that they were in legends.
One of his men, Makerton, defended me against powerful monsters. He could control earthquakes, by the way.
"Umm... Makerton can you take out some monsters there?"
"Anything, my love" This made me blush when he said it.
So we approached the center of the place.
There was a glowing box. "This must be what stops our powers!" I said.
Then Silver shot it with the bazooka.
After that, Silver immediately got powered back and launched water at all the monsters. Nate apparently had the fire power, and burned the monsters.
Lelouch zapped them, while Zero killed them with dark magic.
Ferbes ran over them with a tank.
Cryo fired his bow and killed lots of them. Just then James's robot army marched in, killing most of the monsters.
We were lucky Pompeii was closed off, or else people would think we were crazy.
I did a headcount, and we were missing Blackhawk and James.
James's POV
"It is my destiny to do this!" I shouted while me and Blackhawk were flying up.
I was a UFO so the others won't see me. Blackhawk took care of any aerial monsters.
"When we get there, Blackhawk, cover me! I have to get to Ouranus, Gaea, and Kronos and deal with them myself!"
"Sure!" Blackhawk said.
"Umm... James, we would take only a few more minutes. Are you sure you would be safe?" Star-Burner asked me.
"..."
When we reached there, Blackhawk shot some monsters.
We were in some floating fortress. There was a palace. I stormed it and shot the monsters.
When I reached the end of it, there were doors. I opened them and saw Ouranus, Gaea, and Kronos sitting on thrones,
"Ouranus! Gaea murdered you. Don't you remember."
"No. Silence."
Gaea learned my plan. She threw weapons made of dirt and steel at me. I shot them all.
"..." Ouranus didn't reply.
"Think!" I said between breathes while shooting weapons.
"... Hmm.... I don't think so."
Surprisingly, he didn't launch much weapons at me.
Kronos slowed down time, but I had a counter.
I got out a weapon which all the sons of Hephaestus worked hard on: A gravity gun.
It was so fragile that it only had one use, but I used it on Kronos and slowed down time for him.
"Remember? Lots and lots of millenia ago. Kronos and Gaea brought you down and stabbed you!"
"Stab. Titan. Earth."
Before Gaea could convince him otherwise, I bought him time for his memory to catch up. I started
shooting Gaea.
"Stubborn demigod!" she said.
"Think back! Remember?!"
He looked like he got his memory back.
"Gaea killed yo--"
I saw a titanium sword sticking out my chest.
(Woah! What happened?!?! Well, I'll tell you next chapter!)
