Dalia lunged for the pack leader once more, and threw the dogs away in her path using psychic. She then used pyshcic again on the Pack Leader.

Jack, you need to read the rules, it says ylthe highest level you can be is 45 which is well below 310. ._.

As the dogs flew out of the path of the charging giraffe, the Pack Leader snorted. Seriously? He felt the hidden power of the creature tug at his chest, willing him to move, but his will was iron. He clicked its tongue against his teeth, kindling a spark and blew out a furiously blue flame, right at Dalia.


Turn 3: Dalia used Psychic! Dalia used Quick Attack! Flare used Psychic! Flare used Fire Blast! Dog1 attacked! Dog2 attacked! Dog5 fled! Dog6 howled! Dog7 fled! Dog9 dropped from a tree on to Flare! Dog10 howled! Pack Leader attacked Dalia!
Turn 4: Dalia used Psychic! Dalia used Psychic! Flare used psybeam! Dog1 jumped in the way of an attack! Dog2 jumped in the way of an attack! Dog1 jumped in the way of an attack! Pack Leader did nothing! Dog6 attacked! Dog10 attacked!
Turn 5: Flare used fire blast! Dalia used psychic! Dog1 attacked! Flare dodged! Dog2 ran! Dog6 scrambled up a tree! Dog10 attacked! Pack Leader used flamethrower!
Dog1: 62% HP
Dog2: 83% HP
Dog6: 88% HP
Dog10: 100% HP
Pack Leader: 85% HP

Dalia dodged the blue flames, and lunged for Dog 10. She threw him back with pyschic, then turned to the Pack Leader. "This all ends now!" She shouted. "Flare, use flamethrower once I trap him!" Dalai shouted over her shoulder. She had stepped on rocks earlier, so she used psychic to lift them, then dropped them on the Pack Leader.

Flare nodded and lifted her stick to use Flamethrower on the pack leader.

The Pack Leader was startled. As his blue protection light shimmered around him, the distant ping of pebbles bouncing on his shield didn't reach him but hit his thoughts. "You can talk, SmallFight?" He addressed the giraffe with a curious amusement. A dog attacked Flare and Pack Leader snapped at him to stop. The dog whimpered to show the huge scaled dog's dominance over himself.

Turn 4: Dalia used Psychic! Dalia used Psychic! Flare used psybeam! Dog1 jumped in the way of an attack! Dog2 jumped in the way of an attack! Dog1 jumped in the way of an attack! Pack Leader did nothing! Dog6 attacked! Dog10 attacked!
Turn 5: Flare used fire blast! Dalia used psychic! Dog1 attacked! Flare dodged! Dog2 ran! Dog6 scrambled up a tree! Dog10 attacked! Pack Leader used flamethrower!

Pack Leader cocked his eyebrows at this. "Oh, FurryWand, you should know by now, that we are as full of secrets as you are of rudness. But SmallFight is your leader, am I wrong?" He raised the spines along his back and whipped his serpentine tail behind himself. This was growing tedious.

Without warning, he raised his head and howled. Dogs replied with the same message and things crashed through the undergrowth. The dogs who had run away glared at the two Pokémon. Pack Leader raised his head, showing his dominance over the tiny creatures.

The huge dog laughed menacingly. "You... Defeat us? Defeat me?" His laughter abruptly stopped. "This isn't even a quarter of my pack. You want me to call them? No? I'm not an animal, or a Pokémon for that matter. Yes, I know what you are. And I'm never going to be afraid of you." He raised his tail and lowered his head to show off the points.

With a snap of his head, the dog loosed a howl, much louder than before. The other dogs joined in, and many howls replied. The pitter patter of paws, snapping twigs, swooshing of parting leaves, filled the day air. Pack Leader glared. "Have you no honor, SmallFight? Your friend is surrounded by thirty-two dogs right now. Call her back."

The dogs swarmed the Pokémon, howling and barking. The dogs all snapped for her legs, bringing her down. "Apparently you have none." The huge dog snarled from his position in the air. "Well, I send you back! My dogs will send you back!" All at once, a fresh wave if ten dogs joined the other snarling fifteen. (Shouldn't have provoked him, he might've helped you .-. )

Flare prepared to wipe them out with Fire Blast, but realized Dalia was surrounded as well. Slowly, she put her stick away and sighed. "We're only here for a clue. Not like I'm trying to kill you all."
