Title says it all. Drop your head on the keyboard and several letters will appear. I'm horrible at explaining , so I'm gonna give you an example.

Person 1. : vfg

Person 2. : Very forceful goof
hbb

Person 3. : Hello bye bye

cfgb

Etc.

So. Make a sentence with the letters from the person above you and then drop your head on the keyboard. ( Not too hard , of course )
