Maybe because if we accidentally adopt an egg that breaks your chain. Although... how do you accidentally adopt an egg? No support. There's already Safe Mode...

If your suggestion is what Pony is saying, then no support. It's already been suggested and rejected, I saw a 'Release Egg' thread in the Rejected forum.

It was suggested and rejected several times already indeed. You have to be careful when you hunt- if you break your chain it's your own fault.
