1+2- Because both Ferrocoal and Gomaseel are very new events, the prices are currently higher than they should be, but pretty soon the'll settle down to the average price for events, 18-28kpd.
As for Insanity... I doubt there even IS a shiny Ditto right now. (can't say for sure because I don't even have a ditto...) =l So, the price would be WHATEVER the seller wanted it to be.

Just to expand on what StarNinja said about shiny Ditto, there isn't a price for one because currently there's none on site.

Just add the prices together. The average price for an event is 18 to 28k, and added with the coupon will make a price of about 118k to 178k.

@TheRealMossi, Satichu doesn't really cost that much, the average price is 18,000 to 28,000. A price of 70k is most likely seriously overpriced.
@AmeliaHamandEggs, you can check the first post for the average price of a shiny event. But as there isn't many shiny super shrooms on the site, the price would currently be raised by about 30%, until about 1m.
