I've been using the PalPad a bit more recently, and this is something I think would be nice.

While you can put away the side bar that shows who is online, it would be nice if you could minimize the chat window. I know you can close it, but usually when I do that I forget I am talking to someone, especially since I don't always see the icon light up when they reply.

It would be nice if there could be a button between report and close that will pull down the chat window, just leaving the top bar with the person's name. When they reply, a (1) could appear next to their name.

I am open to suggestions, and if you do not support please tell me why.
