Just as Steel arrived at the entrance, the caverns began to shine brightly. The stone appeared to transform into diamond of every color. Though the walls were not the same stained glass markings as when Gardevoir had unlocked their secrets, for those only appeared when the Unown or an incredibly powerful psychic force (such as a Mega Evolved Gardevoir, Alakazam, Mewtwo, or Medicham) concentrated energy on them, they were almost equally beautiful.

(Wasn't it more like "Only Guardians can guard, but Apprentices and higher ranks may still learn now?" That, or Ferrugo and I both have terrible memories. XD)

Ferrugo was always amazed by the transformation of the cave every night. However, she remained concentrated on the guards.

Steel sighed. Nobody really came by, and the few that did were either legends, or intruders that were easy to deal with

"I want to know for when I become a guard. If I don't learn until I'm already a high enough rank to actually be required to do it, I'll fail incredibly often when I start. Don't you agree that I should learn how it works? Besides; I want to know why that Gardevoir was allowed in when you knew he was going to research the cave and then reported to Arceus when he actually did research the cave."
