"That is enough," Unown said. "Ferrugo, you will fight the yet-unnamed Aron to see if he will qualify to be given a promotion and a rank, as well as to see if you are still worthy of being one of us. Having disobeyed us multiple times lately, it must be decided now if you will continue to be a hindrance to our goals, or-"
"What goals are these? All we do is guard these rock formations, yet we let that Gardevoir in without even learning anything about him, and then, before we even told him not to see those art thingies - in fact, he even told us he was going to investigate them, and we let him in! - we got Arceus to come and take away his voice as punishment for seeing them!" Ferrugo pointed out.
"Enough," Unown repeated. "You will fight him and have a chance to remain one of us, or not fight him and be banished immediately."

Steel went to get the new Aron, and came back. He set Aron down, and backed away to watch the fight

"Hey, little guy," Ferrugo said. "Apparently, you're really good." She began to faintly glow crimson, charging a Superpower attack. "Let's test that, shall we?"

Using Superpower, Ferrugo charged through the Stone Edge. She was taking a ton of damage, but she toughed it out because she knew that she would probably one-hit KO Aron, given its high power and the Aron line's double-weakness. Of course, she would take massive damage from Aron's subsequent attacks, and if Aron had Sturdy...

(My computer is close-ish to dying, and I don't know where the charger is, so I will probably leave with little to no warning at some point.)

Ferrugo was already at critical health. This was not going well... On the bright side, Aron only had one HP, given that Sturdy activated, so she quickly used Rock Smash on him.

(No, it's not. Sturdy is the same as a Focus Sash. What you are doing would be equivalent to the Focus Band, but Aron isn't holding an item and there is no equivalent Ability.)
