How are you strong enough to- oh, never mind. Thank you very
much. Though he did not say it, Gardevoir really wished
that Servine wouldn't do so much for him, if only because he felt
that he wasn't doing enough for her. He decided to repay her by
using Psychic to put her on the other bed, but then remembered that
she did not want to go on the bed and put her on a flat spot on the
floor instead.
He nodded and placed Servine on the soft pile of leaves.
Yes. We have decided based on your performance that you are now
fit to be the rank Guardian, meaning that, from this point onward,
you may evolve into both Lairon and Aggron as you see fit, the
monotonous Pokémon said. Congratulations, it added, though
no emotion was reflected in its voice.
Another Aron quickly rushed up. She seemed to be... angry, almost.
"What do you want this time?"
"You are now fit to be the rank Helper, and as such, you have our
permission to evolve into Lairon. However, please do refrain from
evolving into Aggron until you reach the Guardian rank. We wouldn't
want to repeat that incident that occurred with your brother, now,
would we?"
Sometimes. Not always, though, he said.
"Wait... which of us were you talking to?" Zygarde inquired. "If
you were talking to me, I do have dreams, though they are mainly
messages from other Legendary Pokémon."
Gardevoir was incredibly unsure of how to respond. U-um, I'm
really not sure. I do love you, he admitted, but we only
just met today. Don't you think we should wait a while?
"Greetings, great Yveltal. What brings you here today? Ah -
Ferrugo, please go return to your den," Unown scolded. "We have
already finished our talk."
"Yes, master," the Aron said, stressing out "master" as
though it was an insult before returning to her den.
For all you know, I could have an annoying habit that you hate.
I think it would be better if we got a little bit past the
'favorite color' stage - speaking of which, what is your
favorite color?
"Understood. However, please refrain from speaking to the Aron,
Lairon, and Aggron. They need to concentrate on their work," Unown
told the Destruction Pokémon.
That was just an example, you know, he said. Also, my
favorite color is indigo.
"They have been told not to speak to visitors other than to greet
them and take them to us, unless they have permission. Even then,
it is only if they do not already know you are staying with us.
Should one speak to you beyond that, please notify us. You may stay
in any of the unoccupied dens," an Unown told him.
