(I'm not quite sure how Ferrugo and Aggron would react to that offer, so can we please wait a bit and come back to this half? XD
Also, it is not Rayquaza this time, just so you know. It isn't a Pokémon at all, and I will say what it is after you post, so please do not say what it is yourself. ^^)

As the pulse of light spread out, what appeared to be a hidden spring was revealed. Everywhere that the light touched, the illusory land faded and the part of the spring in that area was revealed.

The Soul Dew had ceased to glow. Suddenly, it floated into the air and shattered completely. The mysterious, cloudy light that had come from within reshaped itself and became a Latios... or a Latias. It wasn't possible to tell, as the parts that would be different colors were a mixture of each of their colors. The blue or red was purple, and the white or grey was a light grey. The eyes of the mysterious Eon Pokémon were blank white.
"Are you the Latios or Latias whose soul was bound to the Soul Dew when you died?" Latios asked, amazed.

"I've heard that it is possible to turn a Pokémon into its unevolved form here," Latios said. "How would one do so?"
The Eon Pokémon gestured towards the spring.
"They walk into the spring?" Latios asked, making the Eon Pokémon nod. "Alright, Serperior. Please go into the spring so that we can turn you back into Servine!"

Fern's transformation had begun, but was not yet complete. Energy from the surrounding plant life was pulled towards the spring, and absorbed into Fern, who suddenly began to shine with a rainbow light.
Latios, the Eon Pokémon said through telepathy, its sound barely a whisper, you must now focus your own Psychic powers to finish the process. I will help, but we must both complete the process together.
Latios nodded, and the blue mark on his forehead began to shine with the same rainbow light as Serperior. The unidentified Eon Pokémon's forehead mark turned white. Latios' eyes turned white, and everything went completely silent.
