First Gym and Gymleader and Badge must be approved once they won the badge
The Gymleader would send them the badge.
So there would be something to record the battle on the site so then they can
check if they accualy check if the battle realy happend.

The person could just send the winner the badge themselves, there's no need for the mods to get involved.

are just mostly acheivments only doing stuff on the site but only like 3 or 4 are for battling

What's the point of adding a whole new system just because of this?

Anyways yeah, it would be kinda confusing if you had another seperatate set of badges - It would be just too much.
