"Uh-huh." Didact muttered. "Just don't do that again. Seriously.
Don't. And yes, I did guess you were slightly crazy." Didact said,
but he was still looking at the horse. He could just make out a
figure on it.

"Ah, that, I believe would be Link - Hero of Time or something like
that. He defeated his world's equal to Mrogoth and Sauron... I
think." Galadriel stated. "Now where is Skye?" She asked.
"Somewhere behind you with that Entei." Didact replied. Jorge
rolled his eyes. The War Sphinxes had started going about their
tasks. Namely, digging for the same type of metal that the Approach
was made of. Which was a hard job, as it was very rare on Earth and
humans hadn't discovered it yet.

Galadriel frowned as she took a step back and became fully consumed
by her dark form. Then, she disappeared. Soon she reappeared with
Skye. "Alright, problem solved. Now we wait."
"And now we wait." Didact agreed. He sighed and looked around. They
weren't going anywhere, so he had nothing better to do anyway
Well, well, well. Bored, are we? Beowulf asked. "Shut up."
Didact muttered.

Skin-Taker Walked over to stand beside Hoodie. He watched the man
on the horse approach them, resisting the urge to break the
silence. They would need a plan, that was for certain, but how
could they when their thoughts were spread like a book? He shifted
his cloak, while fiddling with the clasp. "So." He finally said.
"What are we going to do? You always have a backup plan, right?"
Hoodie shook his head slowly. "Not yet. I need to come up with a
way to keep my thoughts private first. I will come up with
something though. Don't you worry about that."
Link slowed as he grew close to the group. They were a strange
looking bunch for sure. One seemed to be a Stalfos of some kind,
wearing a patchy hat and cape. One seemed to be part machine, and
one... He blinked in confusion. He had thought for a moment that it
was the Princess. He could see now that he was wrong, but the
similarities were striking! Dismounting, he approached the woman,
who seemed to be the leader, and gave her a low bow.
Galadriel had glimpsed Link's thoughts about her and Zelda How
amusing, even though I find it unflattering... Skye commented.
Oh? Galadriel asked back. And what makes us
different? She asked Skye. For one, you're taller. And
thinner. And more powerful. And way more beautiful. I'm sure Zelda
didn't charm an arch-nemesis into begging for a strand of her
hair. Skye replied sarcastically. Galadriel inclined her head
in greeting. Skye walked up to Link and offered him a somewhat
clumsy bow. Speaking of which, tell me you speak that language
of theirs...
"Must you always ruin the fun?" Galadriel lightly teased Didact.
Skye glared at the Elf. "Galadriel?"
"Yes?"
"Don't force me to knock some sense into your head." Skye said.
"Of course, Skye."
"Neither is it in mine since - well, I am quite certain it was
since Atlantis. But for your information, this is Link.
Unfortunately, I have no idea which reincarnation of Link he is."
Galadriel replied. "Quill or Skye mitt know. The person certainly
does."
"Link, huh?" Didact asked. "Okay. Next question. Why is he here?"
When Link had arrived, two War Sphinxes had looked up, analyzing
him, but had decided he was no threat and had returned to their
tasks.

Link felt something struggling in his bag. Lifting the flap, a
small blue woman with wings flew up to his shoulder. Her body
radiated blue light, giving the impression that she was inside a
sphere. "Hey, finally! What the big deal shoving me in there like
I'm just some item?" She spoke in the Hylian tongue, which sounded
a bit like Japanese. The fairy then noticed the group surrounding
them. "Uhhh... Where are we?" Link shrugged. "Your guess is as
good as mine Navi. I'm hoping these people can tell us." Navi
nodded, flitting around Link's head. "Only one problem with that
Link. I don't know about you, but I only speak Hylian. How are they
supposed to understand us, and vis versa?" Link had already thought
of this, since the strange metal man had asked him a question. He
had no clue what he had said though.
Quill saw the fairy and immediately pulled up a net. "Don't move...
There's a strange bug on you... I'gonna catch it." He swung the net
and caught navi. He immediately dumped her inside a glass jar.
"Nice..." Suddenly he remembered that Link was a newcomer, so gimme
diary got back up and kept a hand on his gun.
"To answer your last question Skye, I actually have no idea what
they are saying... but that will change once I finish casting the
translation spell on both of them." Galadriel added to their mental
conversation.
In the blink of an eye Link had an arrow nocked and pointed at
Quill's head. He could here a small clicking noise as Navi pounded
the inside of the jar. "You shouldn't have done that." He growled.
He let the arrow fly, aiming at the jar rather than the man. The
jar smashed, and the arrow passed between the mans fingers, leaving
a long cut across his index finger. Navi burst forth, screaming
bloody murder. She flew back to Link, activating her magic as well.
Four yellow triangles orbited Quill, as the Z targeting locked on.
Link would be unable to miss while it was active. "Run him through
Link!" She shouted. Rather than make the situation worse, Link
returned his bow to its holder on his back. He he grabbed the man
by his shirt, pulling him inches away from his face. "If you ever
do something like that again, I won't hesitate to kill you." He
gave the man a shove before returning his attention to Skye and
Galadriel.
"Oh do stop." Galadriel chided as she waved a dismissive hand. Link
glowed a bright golden light, and Navi's aura changed, tinted with
gold. Then they were returned to normal. The yellow tringles winked
in and out of existence, before disappearing completely. Skye,
don't touch that fairy. They boy is as protective of it as I am of
you. "The two of you had better not start making enemies here,
of all places. I assure you, I may look like your Princess, and
sometimes act like her, but I am far more dangerous."
"And subtle." Skye added, trying to make light of things.
Didact's hand was back on his Boltshot. And he ran the speech
translation software. After a second, a green light lit up on his
HUD."Kid, you'd better not do that again." He said, his armor
translating it to Hylian. "Okay, so, why are you here?"

"Psh. I bet you couldn't hit me while I'm moving... Besides. I got
something' you ain't got. Portable firepower." Quill said to Link.
He was rubbing his index finger. Before wrapping it with a band
aid.
