"Appearances often deceive." Galadriel quipped. Her eyes, too, never left Hoodie, the light blue orbs boring into the creature's (IDK what to call Hoodie...) red ones. "And our eye often lie to us." Skye whispered from behind Galadriel, her eyes too staring at Hoodie. He seemed familiar to her, as if she had seen him before.

"I see three options. A: We could always shoot him." Didact suggested. His Boltshot was already at full power again. "B: We can let him go his own way. And C: Let him tag along with."

"I vote A." Jorge offered.

"Carter Kane, pharaoh of Egypt and eye of horus, would you join us in this war against chaos?" Artanis asked as he warped in
"Who are you?" Carter replied "and how did you get past our defences?"
"It is best to not explain it."
"And this chaos... is it Apophis?"
"No, it is the void."
"Then very well, I shall join you."
"My pleasure." Artanis said warping back

(He is a human i guess, or at least he used to be.)

Hoodie glared at Galadriel. "First of all, I'm not invading your mind, or infringing on your privacy. You obviously a familiar with the mental arts, so you should know that telepathic communication is more akin to sending a letter than breaking in. Also it was an easy mistake. You were being highly protective of a younger female. I assumed she was your daughter or sister of course." He rubbed his temples, feeling quite exasperated by the situation. "What is wrong with you people anyway? I have literally done nothing to you. I gave an unsubstantial threat in self defense, and now all you want to do is kill me?"

Skin-Taker, as much as he hated to admit it, felt inclined to agree with the man. "I got, and still have been getting, the same treatment kid. And I'm even the one they pulled through on purpose."

"Hey, we don't necessarily want to kill either of you. I'm having a hard time processing this as well, because no one informed me they were gonna pull you guys through." Didact said. "But I guess it's up to Galadriel what happens to you guys."

"If it were truly up to me, they would be rotting away with Morgoth in The Void." Galadriel rather quickly pointed out, "And besides, I never intended to pull any of you through. I was aiming for that Pale King of yours." She added.

Didact paused, remembering what he had learned in his exile. You are what you dare. he thought. Then he paused for a long time, looking between Skin Taker, Hoodie and back again. Then, he decided to take a risk. "I say that they could be a useful addition to the team . They can come along, but by the Hierachs, if either of you try anything, the power of the Precursors is at my fingertips." Didact said.

Hoodie stiffened at Galadriel's words. "You would dare try and bring Der Großmann here? Praise whatever gods you have that you failed." He despised the use of that derogatory name they used. Pale King. How simple minded. He was much more than a king. "Anyway, I do not plan to 'try anything'" He gestured quotes with his fingers. "However I must warn you that should you harm me, you will bring hell upon yourself."

Skin-Taker shook his head slowly. "Look I really don't care whether you trust me or not. I'm going to stick around whether you like it or not. Though I would like all this useless threatening to cease." He turned to stare right into Galadriel's eyes. "And I would appreciate if you would calm your senseless hatred. You didn't get the one you wanted. Boo hoo! You got us, and we are willing to help you, so stop treating your allies like scum just because you've labeled us as 'bad guys'" He began to walk away.

"Why the heck is everyone so touchy? And I mean everyone." He said looking around. "Jorge smashed a skeleton ' s face in twice, Galadriel is threatening to kill people nearly as much as I am just because she didn't get the tall creepy dude, which she should probably be thankful for, and now, we have monsters setting off EMPs and walking away for no apparent reason. Just... just calm down." He said. "We need to just take a step back and think about everything peacefully."

(I would like to point out that canon-wise, Galadriel has successfully banished ME's incarnation of hell and then she fainted and didn't wake up for two whole weeks, lol.)

"I am not being senseless! If I were, I would have tried to burn you all up a long time ago! So you have Skye to thank that I didn't end up-" Skye's hand glowed silver for a fraction of a second and Galadriel lost her voice. "Alright. I cannot believe I'm saying this, but Artanis Altariel Nerwen, you need to calm down." Skye stated. Galadriel glared. Then, her expression softened and she nodded. "Good." Skye turned to Skin Taker and Hoodie. "No more saying how she should be grateful it was you two. And no more telepathy." She said. "Or next time Galadriel throws a fit, I will be burning you two up with her. Agreed?"

(Fun fact: when Galadriel isn't being emdotionless in Canon, she's shouting someone's head of. Literally.)

"Whatever." Didact said. "I'm gonna go see the state of my ship. Anyone who wishes to join me can come, otherwise, you can stay here and sort out your differences." He muttered and started walking towards the wreckage of the Approach.

Quill shrugged. "I don't have anything else to do so, yeah. Why not discuss about how we can arrive to something peacefully without having knives at our throats." He said. Quill began to fiddle with a piece of metal he found.

Lockehorn followed Didact to what was left of it. Boomer sighed and followed Lockehorn.

(@Neverlight, Lockehorn is a heracross. So yeah. Boomer, in case you didn't know? Is a Noivern.)

Didact used his powers to raise one edge of the Approach, so they could crawl in. It was freezing inside and a thick mist covered everything, making it extremely hard to see. His armor turned its temperature to maximum. "Damn." Didact muttered. "I think a coolant pipe burst in here."

Lockehorn, who was behind Didact, was chattering with cold. He began looking for the Pipe Didact was talking about. Boomer used Flamethrower on a small piece of metal and laid on it. He too, was freezing.

Didact turned on his Promethean Vision, allowing him to see through the fog. He quickly located the venting system. After that, it was easy enough to find the pipe. He started repairing it.

Skin-Taker growled at Skye, his mind a flurry of hateful words. He was about to challenge the girl when Hoddue placed a hand on his shoulder. "Calm yourself friend. Don't do something you might regret." He turned to the women, his red eyes boring into Skye's. "I apologize for angering your friend. I'm sorry to say that I cannot adhere to your no telepathy rule, only because I do not talk any other way. I will of course, respect your privacy." He glanced at Galadriel. "As long, of course, as she extends the same courtesy to me." He turned, pulling Taker with him, and walked a few meters away. "I suggest we travel tto The Strings. We must talk, and I would prefer we weren't over heard." Taker nodded. "Of course." A moment later, the landscape was gone, replaced by endless rows of strings.

Hoodie pulled back his hood, letting it fall around his shoulders. "It is good to see you again my friend." He said, his voice still highly modulated and warped. Skin-Taker patted the mans shoulder. "It is indeed! Sorry for the whole 'mistrust' thing. I thought it better if they remained unaware." A wave of Hoodies hand dismissed Takers words. "I understand, and I agree. It would be best if we continue in this act. Hopefully the elf woman will stay out of our heads though." Taker stroked one of the Strings absentmindedly. It shimmered in a rainbow of colors as his fingers ran across it. "Yes hopefully. Now why are you here anyway? I didn't expect Slender would send anyone else after me." Hoodie shook his head, gesturing vaguely with one hand. "There has been a change of plan. The Master believes that that this place hold a key to finding it." Taker was speechless for a moment. "You mean... After all this time..." Hoodie nodded emphatically. "Yes. This planet will lead us totheark!"

Quill began to fixing and modificating his guns. He was tired so why not. He added scopes, night vision scopes, etc, to his custom guns. He also began to throw away his broken armor. It was useless if it was broken. He began to scavenge for metal, from the approach and began to make some more armor using that metal. "Jeez... It sure sucks to be me...**Grumble**... All of them get cool ranks and stuff with super abilities... and all I get is some dam super speed, a pair of custom gun and some pieces of amor... Man... I shouldn't have signed up for this. I can't even remember why I decided to join them... maybe something about loot and stuff... Why the hell..." Quill complained as he began to practice aiming. He placed some pieces of metals on the ground as if they were targets. He shot at each one with taser shots. Each bullet hit directly at the center.

**Back in the Approach.**
Lockehorn began to try and block the air conditioner with anything her found. He didn't want to die frozen. (Let it go... Let it go! **Shot** WORTH IT!)

Galadriel muttered something about not wanting to see whatever was inside of their minds, but Skye glared at her and sushed her. "Fine..." the Elf sighed, even though something nagged at her brain. "Can I at least see their past?" She asked, pulling off a very good impression of a sad puppy. Skye facepalmed. "Why did I ever show you those pouty pictures!?"

(I hate Frozen. I will bring Elsa here just to kill her. This, I, Viper daughter of *redacted* , I hereby swear.)

(Honestly. There was a time that I didn't completely know what Frozen was, but the soundtrack, which some of my friends kept singing, annoyed the heck outta me. I told them to let Frozen go. You can guess how that one went...)

Didact finally fixed the pipe. The mist slowly cleared and Didact made towards the hangar bay. There, there were five four meter high suits of armor. War Sphinxes. He activated one. A blue light glowed at all the joints and it slowly started going through the pre battle procedures. It could be used as armor, but when it wasn't being used, it was a completely self - aware killing machine.

(Yeah, I can. Quite well. Don't see what's so good with it.)

"So can I?" Galadriel asked. She guessed she was pulling off the sad puppy impression quite well, given Skye's annoyed reaction. "You promised to respect their privacy!"
"I promised not to read their minds."
"...fine."
