"Sh*t." Skye muttered, facepalming. "Alright, Haldir, you
and your warroirs draw fire, use your Rings to protect yourselves -
dodge anything you can, don't get hit even *once*, do you
understand? Celebrian, Quill, with me. We're going to go blow up
some guns." She ordered.
Didact shot down the Sentinel. A single 9 me was basically
harmless. But the same was true with the Flood. He cautiously went
deeper into the facility, confident that if this was the one
containing the Icon, it would be near the heart of the facility.

Quill nodded and ran behind the sentinel. He stuck the grenade he
stole on the Sentinel. Then he shot at the grenade, blowing up the
sentinel. But there was another and shot Quill on the back.
Gravemind... What you have done is unforgivable... Please don't
try make it worse... Quill thought towards the grave mind,
"Worse? I am merely trying to help... I can bring your friend
back... As he was before... If you wish... As I said... Fate had us
meet enemies, but the Ark shall make us brothers..." the Gravemind
replied.

"Yeah right, brothers. For the record, I for one can't stand
being in the room with you... deloricon!" Skye muttered,
dispatching another sentinel with her sword. Celebrian was doing
much the same, both Elves moving like assassins. Trained assassins.
'I trust it naneth was the one who taught you?' Ceberian
asked Skye. 'Yes, she was.' Skye replied.
"I have no idea what those are." Skye pointed out, as she
slipped next to one of the guns. She smiled, and her wings lit up
with their trademark fire, which quickly became white-hot. "Ah,
Silverqueen, I suggest you step away." Celebrian quickly
teleported out of the jungle, where the other Elves were. "Where's
Quill?" She asked. Her eyes widened, and she quickly teleported
back in. The building exploded into a shower of fire.
Didact, meanwhile, was making fairly good progress. He had picked
up a Sentinel Beam, a sort of laser, and it was very good at
destroying the machines. Jorge had decided to stick with his mini
gun.

Skye closed her eyes, and smiled, breathing in the flames licking
her body. She had missed her wings and fire more than she
realized. "SKYE! Where is Quill!?" Celebrian asked. Skye
blinked. Hadn't Quill gotten out of the building? No... wait...
they had been seperated...
Quill coughed. "GOD DAMMIT! I hate it when my shoes get ruined with
dust and rocks." Quill said as he tried to stop his wound from
bleeding. He also noticed that the building had collapsed itself.
"Well. Boomer could have blasted us outta here...**A Tear rolls**,
Better keep going deeper into the building.
Man, if pokemon from the future looked like that, I'd like that
to happen soon... Instead of just Herracross and charizards... Oi,
Gravemind... If you try to bring back Boomer... I could... Forgive
you... But not until Boomer is back... Quill thought as he
stumbled into a bigger room. He found a weird T thing. Quill took
out his communicator and called "Guys, I think I found one piece."
But there was no reception. "Dammit..."
From the shadows something moved and observed Quill.
Skye blinked as she intercepted the message from Quill. 'Quill!
Can you hear me? Where are you?' Skye asked. '...There's
someone else with you as well...'
There was a slight beep in the room. A type of round Sentinel
appeared. "Greetings." It said. "I am the monitor of installation
045. I'm afraid I can't let you remove the Sacred Icon."

"Why not?" Skye asked as she appeared behind Quill, the Elves in
tow. Her sword was drawn, and her wings were on fire. Clearly, she
was making a show of force.
"Yea, we're taking it, Jarvis." Skye replied. "Quill, back down.
This baby is going to become some very impressive fireworks soon
enough." Skye warned.
The monitor studied Skye. "The Gravemind sent you, didn't he? I'm
afraid that we shall have to cleanse you. Of course, you don't know
what that means." It let out a sigh. "You will be exterminated."
The large circle at the Centre of the monitor, which had originally
been blue, turned red. At the same time, two dozen shielded
sentinels appeared.

"I was hoping you were going to say that. You see, I'm not the
invader here. You and your sentinel friends are, for sending the
Apex all those months ago. Woe for you once the Eldar finds out,
Jarvis." Skye replied, as she sent a blast of fire inside one
of the sentinel's shields. Which caused the sentinel to promptly
blow up.
"Fool." The monitor said. "I'm afraid I've been playing for time.
As of now, you cannot teleport inside the facility. You have no
escape, even if you manage to take the Icon." Then, every remaining
Sentinel opened fire, including the monitor.

Nenya, is what he said true? Skye asked, as she dodged the
bullets, burning some and deflecting others with her sword.
'Negative. I can still teleport, but that interference he causes
means I can teleport only you, and the others might not be able
to.' Damn "Alright Jarvis, you've got us this time."
"Where are they?" Artanis asked Karax
"Their in some sort of weird facility I sent an observer to get a
close up look." Karax replied
"Can you get us there?" Artanis asked "If we can get there maybe we
can see what their doing."
"Yes, if that is what you wish, hierarch." Karax replied as he
warped them to a place a mile away from the facility
