When ever i talk to someone on palpad. it doesnt show that we have a new palpad message. (both to other users that i talk to and me). so every time i will have to check my palpad... and then i will see that there is a notification.

This happens when you leave the conversation open, even if you're not actually on that tab. Make sure to close the conversation [press the 'x'], before going to a different tab.
