Fav Pokemon is Skitty due to super cuteness.
Fav shiny is Skitty also due super cuteness.
Looking for... Ditto so I can breed it with many other Pokemon or a male Skitty so I can breed it with my female Skitty.

I have more than one fav pokemon: vanillite (so cute), all the evolved eevees, vulpix and it's evolved form and lastly mew. For fav shiny I don't really have one, but in a life or death situation (which probably wouldn't happen), it would be eevee. I want all the legendaries.

I don't have a single favourite Pokémon, so I'll list them in order with a reason.

1: Grovyle. Treecko was properly my very first Pokémon as Emerald was the first Pokémon game that belonged to me and not my sister. I remember I played it through the first time, and I loved Grovyle's sprite, so I never evolved him. When PMD: Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky came out, my love for that little wood gecko increased tenfold. x3

2: Salamence. There was an exploration on a site called 'GPXplus' for a legendary Pokémon that involved the use of a Salamence. Sadly your Salamence in that exploration dies (it doesn't disappear from your party, you get to keep it) and for some reason I decided to dress it up in a classy style. As soon as I finished, I instantly fell in love with the classy dragon.

3: Dusknoir. Before PMD: Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky I was never really fond of him. But as I played through Sky, I grew fond of him more and more.

My favourite Pokemon is Glaceon. I think Glaceon is cute, I love it's colours and I love ice and snow (Y)

I have a few fav's, but if I have to choose only one then it's Absol :)
Others that I adore are Houndoom, Pachirisu, Minccino and some other dark and cute pokemon ^.^

I have always loved penguins, so Piplup is a definite favorite :) . I also (like many others) really love the blob of purple amazingness that is Ditto. :D

Wow, this is a tricky one. I'd say... Lotad, Shroomish, Voltorb, Chinchou, Sewaddle and Jolteon, at least. I like most Grass types and have a soft spot for Bugs.
