Bio- His family is wealthy but he is the only child, thus no relatives in Hogwarts. Harley went into Hogwarts with the hopes of following in Miranda Goshawk's footsteps: Spell Creation. He likes to study the complexities of spells and the basics that make them up. He is excellent at Arithmancy and Runes and has higher-than-average magic power which helps him in any subject at Hogwarts.
Looks- He likes to customize his school robes-which is permitted because they are just variations of the drab robes other people wear. He can wear tight black leggings along with knee-high dark-green dragonskin boots and knee-length robes one day, and a dress-robe with polished black leather shoes plus a green cashmere scarf the other. All these define his main personality: gay, in all senses of the word.
