My first Pokémon game was actually Pokémon Pinball, but I didn't
even know Pokémon existed when I had that game. However, my first
main series Pokémon game was HeartGold. I chose Chikorita as my
starter since Chikorita was my favorite Pokémon at that time, but
now I'd choose Cyndaquil over Chikorita any day.
Funnily enough, it was Diamond on a flashcard (it wasn't Action
Replay, but something close to it) when I was like 7 or 8, which
led to me messing around with the codes and ending up with a team
like: Shiny Regigigas/Infernape/Ampharos/Mew/Feraligatr/Charizard.
Eventually got broken though.
Technically a hack or something of Emerald (all the names were
messed up so you had Torchic as "FBird" and weird things like
that)
However the first propper one was Yellow. I have not skipped a
generation.
My first Pokemon game was Pokemon XD and my first main series game
was Emerald. Swampert has been my favourite Pokemon for ages and I
remember calling my first starter 'ANKIP' and my trainer 'ABAB'.
No, I don't get it either.
Sapphire!
I abandoned my started once it evolved into something ugly (God
that Sceptile sprite... Shudders) and used a Pelipper alone to beat
the entire elite 4 + champion
But managed to only find the Master Ball after failing to catch
Kyogre?
I made a mess of that
First real-time? Black. My starter was a Tepig, which is cute but
Emboar.. *shudders* Either way, I hacked into it and have a ton of
shinies. I want pokebank so I can just use my shiny lvl 60 Ho-Oh,
Meteorite.
First game timeline-wise? Red! The starter was a Bulbasaur and I
loved the game. I'm going to test out some glitches if I can get
new batteries for my Gameboy.
First game I ever played? Ah... memories! Platnium was the first
one I played, and it was HAAARD! So hard, I felt the need to cheat.
Needless to say, it broke my game and... yeah. 3: Goodbye level 100
team!
