The first game I ever played was my brothers Yellow edition, I was 5 or so? After that I always played my brothers editions (blue, fire red, ruby) until I bought Diamond, that was my first very own pokemon game and still one of my favourite games of all time :)

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Red Rescue Team or Pokemon Red. I can't remember which. It's been over 9 years I think since I started playing pokemon so IDK. I remember I did have Red Rescue by when I was 7 or 8 and Red version was my older brother's, so I was rarely allowed to play it but once as a little kid he did allow me to play it, I just forgot exactly when.

Red and Blue, actually - my mom bought the two games so that me and her would have something we could play together on our brickboys (Er, Gameboys, lol!) and then I ended up helping her all through the game because she couldn't do it. XD It was fun though and I loved sharing time with her!

My first was actually the original Pokemon Ranger. My first main series game was Platinum because it came out right around my 9th birthday.

My first pokemon game was pokemon emerald and it made me love the Hoenn region the most because it's the region that I first started in and it led me to love pokemon even more.

I've played them all, save for Green, though second gen holds a special place in my heart.

xD; I remember falling for one of the supposed ways of getting Celebi by training your starter to level 100 in the first route. Fun times.

first pokemon game i ever played was pokemon gold. i kept playing it after its internal battery ran out and i couldn't save it anymore so i played hours and hours on it before the batteries i had died on me.

My first was version Blue and my had chosen Squirtle and I played endlessly until I got version Silver for my birthday.

I remember playing my brothers red version before I had my own game. I don't really know which was my true first game.



Either blue version, the GB card game, or yellow version.
