Izumi fell from the sky, hugging her Shiny Mega Audino plush and screaming. She soon noticed the plush was glowing and getting bigger, As Izumi hit the ground and fell unconscious, the plush was fully transformed into a living Pokémon. The Pokémon looked around and saw Izumi. Somehow it knew who Izumi was, and tried to heal her, but nothing seemed to work. The Audino, named Shikurimu, started calling for help. "Audi! Audino!"

Shikurimu tried to pull Azumi to a hospital, but it was too far away. At least they were near a friendly town (apparently where everyone else is? ;^; ) where there were probably people who could help. Shikurimi tried to find someone who could help Azumi awaken.
