Aqua was by the lake in the forest, she liked there the soldiers didn't walk to there so it was quiet, she then heard some voices and went to see to who were. She hid behind a tree

Personality: He can be arrogant, though he is fine most of the time. Not really "nice" but bearable. He cannot stand injustice
History: Mostly unknown. He trained as a doctor for a few years, but when everything went south he simply disappeared. He just as suddenly reapeared, and began to systematically kill anyone he deemed unworthy to live. He soon earned the nickname Vulture of Judgement, because of the fact that he would sometimes use pieces (i.e. organs, skin) from his victums as transplants for people who could not get medical care any other way.
Crush: Uninterested, but if the right person came along who knows?
Other: He weilds a titanium scythe, which can be collapsed.
