June looked up, and smiled. "That's cool." June went over to her notebook and grabbed a piece of paper, before imagining it used Shadow Ball. And she dodged it, but she tried using Spite. She focused her mind on the paper, and tried to use Spite. She used different hand moves each time, to no avail. "Ugh." She sighed, going back to her paper and taking notes.

He said all you have to do is think about anything that's ever made you angry, anyone you've ever disliked, then just imagine those thoughts flowing through your hands.
