As Baras killing off leading figures in the building, Mephiles clear off the guards with his own legion of Stalkers. It seem quiet at first with the elimination of the guards and soon the leading figures, Mephiles then come towards Baras to inform him about the status of the capital building.

Mephiles: All the others has laid to waste, my lord. But we soon will be in contact with the Neo-Freedom Fighter forces in matter of time. What shall we do now, my lord?

the transport heads off to the eggman empire.as it reachs there the AA turrets fire but miss because the transport is too close."you guys head in with the explosives and blow up the factories..."*the trasport opens up and joe jumps out but before say"i have a date with destiny" he jumps off with a parachute and land in the streets of eggtroppolis.

the emporer takes down the eggman commander bot adnd takes ove the factories but senses something and he heads out "keep a eye on the factories they will be needed for my next phase. i must go and deal with something from my past" he heads upstairs

Joe shuts down the shielding and defense grid for the factories as the emporer pulls out his red sword and joe pulls out his blue sword"so we meet Emporer..."joe say"i thought i wiped your kind year ago well i will do so NOW"the emporer screams as he lands the first strike and both of them go into a duel.

meanwhile troy his gang realize the defense grid is now offline as they pass by turret not working.

a gunship appear shooting at mehplies and the stalkers distracting them so the team can head inside when gold gets inside the factory he sees joe fighting the so called emporer in a sword fight overhead.

one of the troops set the charges onto the facotry assembly line and generators and one of the troops point out joe to troy.the emporer is losing the battle and calls forth the power of his mnion by stealins thier souls as his power including mephile's soul.
