Joe then states" ok we will need to reform all defences before the next stirke" he heads over to the fort to help the troops.

Baras on the other hands goes to the dark legion to visit a sacred area in that region.

As Dodger head back to Troy, they were starting the defense that Joe ordered. As soon as Dodger arrive they were busy, but they were able to listen to Dodger's hidden adventure.

Dodger:And this voice came to my head telling me to get the artifact so I can become "Powerful". I didn't believe it of course, but that's beside the point. It's something have to do with the temple and those dark spirits that infected the whole place to began with, and-

Gold:I knew something wasn't right!

Dodger:Well I didn't know what was wrong in the first place. Maybe you're on to something, Gold. But who?

Gold:Dark spirits are usual the signs of something dark-The Dark Legion, perhaps.

Troy:It can't be that obvious.

Cyan:I'm not one to judge, but how can an ancient relic of be this...Fundamental.

Troy:If it does end up in the hands of the Dark Legion, were all in trouble.

Snake:*Looks at Troy without a scent of fear*I don't think this thing being that so fundamental to begin with going to stop us!

Gold:Unless they summon a monster that outmatch us 100-to-1, possibly 1000-to-1. We need to defend no matter what cost.

Troy:What if the cost is too high?

Gold:*Looks at Troy with a sudden ill-fated face*...How much you talking about?

Baras reachs the point in the dark regiong where not even the Dark Legion even knew about and places the artifact into a peital as it starts a thrunderstorm that expands from the sacred area to the far reachs of the world.

Meanwhile, back at Fort Acorn. The perpetration of it's defenses is nearly complete. They all heard the incoming storm.

Gold:Must be a thunderstorm coming in. Quite an unusual change in the weather.

Cyan:I hope this storm can take care the incoming forces that MIGHT come, because if it isn't Eggman's forces, then what might head this way to begin with.

Gold:Let's hope this storm isn't what we feared...

baras aborbs the purple light as the storm fades away. the stalkers around him starts to attack but are chocked to destruction without baras even lifting a finger.
